The man must not have been with the child for at least 20 minutes when it jumped into deep water alone and without water wings. In the smoking area, he and his companion had no view of the spot near the torrent pool where they had left Dunija and another little girl. A bather then noticed the girl floating in the water. Despite first aid and resuscitation measures, it later died in the Donaustadt Clinic in Vienna. Accusation: attention and care grossly negligently ignored The father is now accused of grossly negligently ignoring the attention and care required as a supervisor. This would have led to the child drowning. On the other hand, there is no evidence of a breach of due diligence on the part of the managing director of the Sonnentherme and the lifeguard.
