Hearthstone wants to hit hard before the end of the year, by deploying the largest expansion in its entire history. Scheduled for next december 6the March of the Lich King set includes no less than 145 new cards (which is already a record), but will above all introduce an eleventh playable class in the inn: the Death Knight (DK for friends).
And there, Blizzard let loose. mechanics of Unholy, Blood or Frost runes, keywords galore, return of Reincarnation, ultra-rare signature cards for collectors… There is plenty to do, and the card reveal of this winter promises to be epic. As usual, the publisher will give away the revelations of its future cards over the next few days via its social networks and through friendly streamers.

As a reminder, when the expansion is released next December, the set March of the Lich King will not be the only contribution of unpublished cards. You’ll be able to complete a PVE Prologue Adventure to acquire the 32-card Death Knight Core Set for free.
When the expansion is released, a complementary set of 26 cards for the DK class will also be available for 2000 gold or 1500 runestones.
Blizzard has announced the next expansion for Hearthstone, and it will invite an eleventh class to the inn: the Death Knight! This new set called “The March of the Lich King” will therefore introduce new mechanics and three “specializations” for the DK: Blood, Frost or Unholy!
