Heidi Klum is happily married these days. But at the beginning of her career she is said to have smooched with one of the most famous MTV presenters. The lucky man is currently revealing this in a podcast.
Heidi Klum: As a young model, she once smooched Markus Kavka
In the podcast “Ab 17” with hosts Kathrin, 42, and Tommy Wosch, 55, Kavka spills the story as if it were almost irrelevant. At that time she was not yet known, but had already started modeling. “She was 19 or so and I was three or four years older, I think.” At the time, the presenter lived in a shared apartment in Bergisch Gladbach and – like Heidi Klum – always hung out in a kebab shop. “With a green and white Adidas training jacket and beige corduroy pants; that was her look back then. And back then she was the prettiest in town. And they just randomly made out in Bergisch Gladbach.”
How did the kiss happen?
But Markus Kavka can’t and doesn’t want to imagine anything great about the action back then. His explanation as to why he was chosen: “I think I was the only one that evening who ordered kebab without onions and without garlic. I think that qualified me for this kiss.” And he doesn’t seem to be remembered either. When asked about the smooching session, Heidi Klum assured him years ago that she couldn’t remember it. “She can’t remember it at all, so zero,” he has to admit.
But at least it was enough for a good anecdote.
