Heidi Klum: She experienced something unusual on her Berlin tour

Heidi Klum is currently making the capital unsafe. Sightseeing, shopping and a family reunion are on the program in Berlin.

Heidi Klum (47) and her family are currently setting up in Berlin. The model is said to have come to the capital mainly for the shooting of "Germany's next top model", which will last until December. The 47-year-old uses the time to explore the most beautiful corners of the city with her children, to go shopping and to celebrate two special reunions. In her Instagram stories, the mother of Leni (16), Henry (15), Johan (13) and Lou (11) lets her followers participate in her activities in her German homeland.

On the one hand, she made a stop at Esther Perbandt's (45) store, who had taken part in Klum's Amazon designer competition "Making The Cut" and came in second. On the other hand, we went past Alexanderplatz in the direction of the Spree with a view of the Museum Island, where Klum's mother Erna was waiting. Afterwards, Klum filmed a bridge to capture an unfamiliar sight for her fans: "In Germany we're somehow the only ones who wear masks – it's so funny when you come from Los Angeles. They all look at us as we would be aliens, "explains Klum in her clip. In Berlin, it is only mandatory to wear a mask outdoors in certain areas such as shopping streets.

Even the paparazzi are out and about without a mask, says Klum and points their camera at the photographers who have become their constant companions since their arrival in Berlin. They continue on foot with their daughters on a sightseeing tour and an art market. "What do we do first when we get back?" Heidi Klum asks her two children, who like their mother wear a mask. "Wash your hands", the two call out in unison. Klum's husband Tom Kaulitz (31) and twin brother Bill have also come to the capital. The two immediately combined their private and professional life.

Tokio Hotel appears on TV

They recently released a new edition of their hit "Durch den Monsun" with their band Tokio Hotel. On Monday evening, the band can be seen at "Late Night Berlin" (ProSieben) with presenter Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (37), as Bill Kaulitz reveals on Instagram. The front man is also working on his biography "Career Suicide" in Berlin, which will be released on January 12th.
