Leni Klum started her own modeling career. Does she follow her mother on TV too? The "GNTM" presenter can imagine that.

Has Heidi Klum (47) already found her successor in "Germany's Next Top Model"? Before the start of the new season on Thursday (8:15 pm, ProSieben), she said in the "Gala" interview about her eldest daughter Leni (16): "She's there from the second, she has been part of the excitement every year and loves her Show just as much as I. In the 16 years she has taken part in so many crazy shootings that my girls have done, she has always seen everything behind the scenes – that's why I can imagine that I will hand over the scepter to her at some point. "

Leni Klum recently started her own modeling career. At the end of 2020 she posed with her mother for a cover shoot for the German edition of the fashion magazine "Vogue". She also just had her first job for the Berlin Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and was featured in "Hunger Magazine", among other things. "She is strong, self-confident, happy, curious, courageous and open to new things. At 'GNTM' I often have to cheer on the girls and give them tips, Leni offers so much that I don't even have to do it," enthuses Heidi Klum in the "gala" of her eldest.

Heidi and Tom back in Europe?

Moving to Germany with the whole family is evidently out of the question for Heidi Klum, who is married to Tokio Hotel star Tom Kaulitz (31): "I love Germany, my children not necessarily, although they like it, take a look here ", says the model, who has lived in the USA since 1993. "Sure, they have their lives in America, their schools, their friends, I would never rip them out of there. Your wishes come first!" Klum adds, however, that she and her husband "could well imagine, when we are gray and old, living in Europe".

Tom Kaulitz and Heidi Klum have been married since 2019. Klum's daughter Leni comes from her relationship with the Italian manager Flavio Briatore (70), the children Henry (15), Johan (14) and Lou (11) from her marriage to singer Seal (57, "Crazy"). He adopted Leni in 2009. In 2012, Klum and Seal announced their separation.
