Heiner and Viktoria Lauterbach: Separation of work and private life is out of the question

Heiner Lauterbach (66) and wife Viktoria (47) spoke in an interview in the current issue of the "turi2 edition" magazine about their roles and tasks. "With us it is very simple: Everyone does what they do best," explains Viktoria Lauterbach and adds: "I've been managing Heiner for many years. I love numbers, so everything commercial ends up on my desk. Heiner is more the creative mind. "

"I draw the energy from my wife. We inspire each other. And if one has less energy, the other builds it up," explains Heiner Lauterbach. That's how it is in good partnerships. Together, the Lauterbachs recently founded a start-up for digital learning that offers video courses with stars from the film and music industries, among others. As a result, they worked even closer together today. "Sometimes we talk about our work all night," explains Heiner Lauterbach.

They didn't think anything of a work-life balance, said the actor. The classic separation of work and private is not available. "We are available around the clock. Creativity cannot be planned," says the 66-year-old. All of her work works on the cell phone, which is her constant companion, according to Viktoria Lauterbach. Her husband agrees: "I'm less on the phone than she is." His wife always says he needs to post more on Instagram, but that's not his thing. If he did it consistently, he would have as many followers as Dieter Bohlen, explains Viktoria Lauterbach. "You are at least as funny as he is."
