Heino mourns Hannelore
Pop star misses everything about her

The death of his long-time wife Hannelore has deeply affected pop star Heino. He now talks about how much he misses her.
At the beginning of November, Heino, 84, had to say goodbye to his wife, Hannelore Kramm (1942-2023), to whom he had been married since 1979. In his first detailed interview after the death of his wife of many years, the pop singer spoke, among other things, about how shocking the news was for him that Hannelore had died.
“Of course I’m more than sad,” says Heino in an interview with “Bild am Sonntag”. According to him, it will be a long time before he “gets back to normal – if at all. A part of me also died with Hannelore.” The singer continues: “I miss everything about Hannelore, her kindness and her peculiarities.” He has “only beautiful memories” of his wife.
Heino got the news in the car
In the morning Heino spoke to Hannelore on the phone and she felt “wonderful”. At that time he was in Berlin for a TV recording. A little later she called his manager, Helmut Werner, 39, and said that she wasn’t feeling well. He called the emergency services.
Heino and his manager broke off and got into the car, but on the way Werner received another call: “Suddenly tears started streaming down his face. I was paralyzed and asked: Did Hannelore die? I already knew the answer.” At first, the singer didn’t realize the bad news because he was in shock. The pain only came “when I realized that Hannelore was no longer there.”
Heino wanted “peace and quiet” for his Hannelore’s funeral
“It is with great pain that we have to inform you that Heino’s beloved wife Hannelore has fallen asleep peacefully at home in Kitzbühel,” it has been written since November 15th on Heino’s homepage. He is “in great sadness and misses his Hannelore every moment.” Recently “Bild” reportedthat Kramm died on November 8th at the age of 82. Werner had too confirmed the news to “Spiegel”..
The singer now goes on to explain why he didn’t initially announce that his wife had died: “I wanted to bury Hannelore in peace and quiet. I wanted to have this moment of farewell all to myself.” There were only a few people there at the funeral; he couldn’t have survived it any other way.
Heino now wants to stay with his manager and his wife, Nicole Mieth, 33, who took good care of him. At home in Kitzbühel he would be “all alone and wandering around the house. I wouldn’t know what to do with all the memories.” Little Lennie – the son of Werner and Mieth, whose birth was the former “Forbidden Love” actress and Heino’s manager – provides distraction and a lot of joy announced in September.
