Heinz Hoenig is apparently in a critical condition in a hospital in Berlin. He needs heart surgery.
Great concern for Heinz Hoenig (72): The actor is in a hospital in Berlin due to an “urgent, life-saving heart operation”. His agent Birgit Fischer-Höper has this confirmed to the broadcaster RTL. Accordingly, Hoenig is lying in the intensive care unit and is waiting for the procedure, which is expected to take place on Friday (May 3rd).
According to RTL, his condition is said to be critical. His wife Annika Kärsten-Hoenig (39) is said to be with him. According to the report, according to sources close to the couple, Hoenig is in a coma and his life is therefore in danger. However, his agent did not say this in the statement.
Heinz Hoenig is canceled for the musical “A Little Peace”.
Due to his unexpected hospital stay, Hoenig is “completely” unavailable for the musical “A Bit of Peace” by Ralph Siegel (78), his agent added. Rehearsals are currently taking place for the premiere in May.
Heinz Hoenig and his wife Annika Kärsten-Hoenig have two sons together. The couple has been married since 2019.
