Helene Fischer has so far guarded her private life like a treasure. But for her new music film “In the intoxication of the senses” she opens her “soul” and is “more personal” than ever before.

Autumn 2021 should feel like a never-ending dream for fans of Helene Fischer, 37. The headlines of your favorite artist are rolling over the top. First she announced her musical comeback, then she announces her pregnancy on Instagram and now a music film is supposed to show her more privately than ever.

Helene Fischer shows herself in a new music document privately like never before

Helene Fischer released her first album 15 years ago. Today she is considered the queen of hits and was one of the highest paid artists in the world in 2018 according to the “Forbes” list. Over the years, however, the singer has hardly ever given any insight into her private life – until now.

On the occasion of their new album “Rausch”, which will be released on October 15, the ZDF will broadcast the one-hour concert documentary “Im Rausch der Senses” exclusively one day later, on October 16 at 9.45 pm. The trailer reveals great things. In it Helene says: “‘In the intoxication of the senses’ is a musical journey through my album, through my current state of mind, which reflects everything that is going on in me.”

For this intimate-sounding concert experience, Helene has brought international greats such as the multiple Grammy-nominated British director Russell Thomas on board. He has previously worked in concert films by Coldplay, Placebo and Justin Bieber.

“I’ve never been ready to look into my innermost gaze like this”

The popular entertainer will not only present her new songs. The concert film also looks backstage and shows “personal backstage stories” and “magical goosebumps”.

“I’ve never shown myself so personally”, says the Schlagerqueen and says: “Maybe I was never ready to let yourself look into my innermost being”.

Big words that give hope for some very private insights into Helene’s life, which the pop queen may even show less perfect than ever before.
