Pop star Helene Fischer revealed in an interview how she will spend the Christmas days.

Pop singer Helene Fischer (36, "Breathless through the night") also experiences Christmas in a special way due to the corona pandemic. In an interview with the "Bild" newspaper, she revealed how she experienced the failure of her "Helene Fischer Show" and how she will spend Christmas.

At Christmas she will meet with her family "Corona-compliant and, as always, only in a small group," said the singer. Together, she will watch her Christmas program with her loved ones again this year. "As a spectator, the show feels completely different from the moment I am on stage," says Fischer. She is not too strict with herself. "Since we're all in the Christmas mood anyway, I'll be a little mild towards myself."

Unfamiliar show without an audience

In "The Helene Fischer Show – My Most Beautiful Moments" (December 25th, 8:15 pm, ZDF) the singer looks back on the past editions of her Christmas show. As a presenter, she leads through the show and stood in an empty hall. "When I got into the hall, I had to swallow. I know how many people usually bustle around on such a day in front of, on and behind the stage to give the audience an unforgettable evening," admits Fischer. On the other hand, the team of the show also carried the wish "to give the viewers a piece of normality and confidence at a Christmas party that is otherwise absolutely not normal."
