The “Helene Fischer Show” will not take place this year either. ZDF canceled the Christmas show due to the corona pandemic.

The “Helene Fischer Show” will also be canceled this year due to the corona pandemic. This was confirmed by a spokesman for ZDF “Image on Sunday”. Due to the restrictions still in force for such large public events, “with a heavy heart Helene decided to forego the ‘Helene Fischer Show’ this year”. In 2020, the popular Christmas show with Helene Fischer (37) did not take place in its usual scope.

As “Bild” further reports, the exhibition hall in Düsseldorf has already been reserved for a two-day recording of the event, which is usually broadcast on Christmas Day on ZDF. But instead of the planned 11,000 spectators, the Corona hygiene concept in North Rhine-Westphalia would only have allowed around 4,000 people in the audience. Then it was finally decided to cancel, it is said. The broadcaster has already arranged for a replacement program: ZDF will broadcast a new edition of “Dalli Dalli” with Johannes B. Kerner (56) on December 25th.
