After numerous speculations around a possible reboot of the franchise launched in 1984 by James Cameron, these visuals have created doubt in the minds of a large number of Internet users. What is it really ?

Is a Terminator remake with Henry Cavill and Margot Robbie planned?
Yet no plans for a reboot or remake of Terminator with Henry Cavill And Margot Robbie is not on the agenda. These are fake posters generated by Artificial Intelligence created by Facebook user YODA BBY ABY.

A new Terminator by James Cameron
In an interview given to GQ (in the SmartLess podcast) in 2022, James Cameron, said he was ready to do a reboot in order to relaunch the saga.
“If I were to make another Terminator film it would be to try to relaunch this franchise. It’s under discussion, but nothing has been decided. I would make it a film much more focused on AI than on evil robots gone crazy.”
At the Dell Tech World conference in May, James Cameron told audience members that he had started writing a new Terminator movie, but wanted to see how it would work. AI evolved before going further.
The filmmaker is currently working on Avatar 3, for which he moved to New Zealand. The feature film is in the post-production phase for the next two years and is due to be released in theaters by Christmas 2025.
James Cameron has a busy schedule and is therefore not expected to tackle the production of a new Terminator before 2026.
