Feeling fragile, Alain Delon had undertaken months ago to begin organizing his succession. Shocked by the heartbreak of the Hallyday clan, the actor promised peace within his family after his death. Ironically, his children were finally torn apart even before his death. It has indeed been several months since his offspring are literally divided into two clans with on one side his only daughter Anouchka and on the other, his daughters Anthony and Alain-Fabien.
The hostilities began when Anouchka preferred to move to Switzerland with her, in order to take care of him after his stroke in 2019. If his older brother Anthony initially let it happen, he finally managed to bring his father back to France to Douchy, his family home located in Le Loiret. An act which he welcomes today.

This Wednesday March 27, Anthony Delon was a guest on the show C to you and explained that he is now implementing his father’s last wishes and dying in Douchy is one of them. “It was important to respect his wishes. It is the duty of a son. The duty of a son is honor, it is the word given” the 59-year-old man informed Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine.
The one who has just released a new novel assures that his battle with his sister is a simple fight of “ethics” and “moral values” and not “a fight for money as many journalists have said”. We note that he decided last January to file a complaint against his sister who, according to him, concealed elements of their father’s medical file.

Anouchka Delon is responding today with a lawsuit. If the 32-year-old young woman filed a complaint against her two brothers “for invasion of privacy”, we learn that‘a trial will take place in April 2025. Thus, Anthony, 59 years old, and Alain-Fabien, 29 years old, will be judged by direct summons for “use, conservation or disclosure of a document or recording obtained by an invasion of the privacy of another’s private life”.

Anouchka Delon points out the fact that on January 5, while she was visiting her father in Douchy, his brothers recorded him without his knowledge…and then posted the audio from the video on Instagram. A private conversation in which she speaks with her father and is heard saying: “They are taking you for a moron (…) and me an idiot who manipulates her father”. Enough to dent her image of a wise and smooth little girl.

If it is rumored that Anouchka should receive a larger share of inheritance than that of his brothersit was also implied that she would like her famous dad to settle in Switzerland… in order to avoid reducing the taxes linked to this famous future inheritance.
