Auditioned on Friday April 30, 2021, Cédric Jubillar spoke personally for the first time since the disappearance of his wife Delphine.
Since December 2020, Cédric Jubillar has been discreet in his public publications on his Facebook account. After sharing a wanted opinion concerning his wife, he spoke in a statute posted on Friday, April 30, 2021. He had been heard the same day as part of the investigation. In this message, he asks the curious to leave him alone: “Good evening to you I would like to thank all those who sent me messages to which I did not respond ….. indeed I was auditioned …. so now … the curious …. you know what …. go and make your fictitious life elsewhere and leave me alone …. thank you … ” (sic).

The siblings of Delphine Jubillar also civil party
Incriminated by a part of the public, which in particular draws parallels with the Daval affair, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyer recalls that his client is presumed innocent. “The hearing this (Friday) morning took place in a perfectly calm atmosphere between my client and the magistrates. The quality of my client’s civil party has been confirmed and no questioning is envisaged”, underlined to AFP master Jean-Baptiste Alary.
The brothers and sister of Delphine Jubillar have also joined as a civil party. The criminal investigation, opened for “kidnapping, detention or forcible confinement”, has not yet delivered any clues, while the friends of the disappeared continue to organize beatings regularly in the hope of finding a trace of the nurse. Delphine Jubillar has been missing since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020.
