The key to happiness for Sophie Davant? Take care of your body to improve your well-being on a daily basis. Discover the fitness routine of the Affaire Conclue facilitator.

While his magazine S, the mag, offers itself a whole new formula, Sophie Davant runs a full daily life, but she has her own little tricks to stay in shape. Our editor-in-chief of the day is not only counting on the effects of a rejuvenating haircut to look on top, she really intends to be! If the host of the daily Deal Concluded likes to relax in bed or read a good novel, “play sports” is also one of her favorite moments of well-being, as she told us during an interview at aufeminin.

At 59, she is more of a fan of gentle sports, but the French journalist, on the other hand, has a sports routine quite intense. His favorite activity? The swimminga practice that allows her to fully blossom while maintaining her advantageous silhouette.

Sophie Davant: swimming and walking, two paths to physical well-being

“Usually, I swim quite well” explains the TV presenter before continuing: “There, I am very unhappy because because of energy savings, some swimming pools are closed”. A difficult situation to live for the one who loves “swim two three times a week”, especially when she goes to Normandy, to the Deauville swimming pool which is currently closed. A fairly sustained pace, but which suits him perfectly for “be in shape, be muscular, work on your breath” but also “eliminate bad toxins” of his organism.

When she’s not swimming, Sophie Davant “loves to walk a lot”. Another gentle sports practice that allows her to take care of her body, but for which, again, she sets her goals quite high. “I like to walk by the sea or in Paris, to do 7 or 8 kilometers” tells us indeed the facilitator who had to put on the elliptical trainer to compensate for the lack of swimming but who does not appreciate this alternative too much. This does not prevent him from rejoicing in his effectiveness: “I have lots of new aches because it works other muscles”.

Sophie Davant, sport for therapy

The one who admits to having a “mind never at rest”draws from his sports routine all the resources it needs to “regenerate the spirit” and be happy. “It’s like a meditation session to swim for an hour” explains the one that fully embodies the issues addressed in S, the mag. For her, playing sports is rather “refreshing” and she finds that the effort allows her to come out of a session “in tip top shape” physical and mental. When she also walks, she combines physical exertion with calming of the mind. She admits that her walks also allow her to “let it run” what’s on her mind.
