The two seniors were in their second home, the newspaper reports Free lunch. It was the neighbors who discovered their bodies in the swimming pool this Saturday evening. The deceased were expected to dine at their home. Having no news, the neighbors then went to their home, entering through the garden and bypassing the house, making the gruesome discovery.
The cause of death of the two octogenarians remains unknown: “There is nothing to determine the involvement of a third party”told Free lunch a police source. “Drownings in private swimming pools are unfortunately not exceptional, estimates with France 3 Captain Esseul, Deputy Commander of the Lodève company. But there, what surprised us was that it was two people at the same time. Maybe one was unwell and the other wanted to help.” An autopsy should provide answers.
