For this recipe you will need:

– 8 slices of white bread
– 100 g of goat cheese
– 2 tbsp. chopped basil
– 4 lettuce leaves
– 40 g of butter
– 40g of margarine

The recipe to follow:

– Butter the slices of bread on the outside with the margarine
– Mix the goat cheese with the chopped basil and the butter.
– Spread this preparation inside the croque-monsieur and cover with a washed and drained lettuce leaf.
– Gather the slices of bread two by two and cook for 15 minutes in a pan over medium heat.

  • Shepherd’s pie with minced steaks

For this recipe you will need:

– 8 potatoes
– 500 g of minced steaks
– 100g spice mix sauce
– 200g tomato sauce
– 2 onions
– olive oil
– butter

The recipe to follow:

– Preheat your oven to 200°C.
– Peel and wash the potatoes.
– Cook them in water then pass them through a potato masher after adding a knob of butter. Salt, pepper.

For this recipe you will need:

– package of pasta of your choice
– 500 g of chicken breasts
– 30 cl of fresh cream
– 1 shallot
– 1 onion
– 1 glass of white wine
– mustard
– old-style mustard
– olive oil
– fleur de sel, ground pepper

The recipe to follow:

– Peel the onion and the shallot then slice them. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Cook pasta as directed on package.
– Drain and set aside.
– In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and shallot. Deglaze with the white wine then add the chicken breasts. Cook 5 to 6 minutes.

– Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the garlic and shallots and boil for 4 minutes.

– Put the pasta to cook in the water previously used.

– Squeeze the kale leaves and put them in the robot. Add goat cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice. Slowly add the oil until you get a creamy consistency.

– Thaw the spinach over low heat, stirring it several times.
– Let cool, then squeeze them between your hands to remove as much water as possible. Roughly chop.
– Heat the butter with a minced clove of garlic in a skillet. Sauté the spinach for 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg.

– Divide the dough in half and roll them out into circles larger than the pan. Line it with a first circle of dough.
