Among the constellation of virtual operators in France, Coriolis is in a good place alongside Prixtel, Youprice, Lebara, Lycamobile and Syma. The operator is also one of the oldest in activity since it was originally a former subsidiary of Vodaphone (British telecoms group). It specialized in mobile telecommunications solutions for businesses before launching in 2006 into offers intended for the general public. Coriolis even became an ADSL and fiber optic operator in 2012. The operator even offers a network of physical stores throughout France.

Coriolis was bought by Altice France (SFR) in 2022 and today only offers mobile plans under its brand with the aim of offering some of the lowest prices on the market as well as an extensive, non-binding range. Unlike other MVNOs, Coriolis also has a distribution network allowing it to offer smartphones.

What mobile plans are offered by Coriolis in 2023?
Coriolis revised its offer (as well as its visual identity) in 2023 and today offers a selection of 4 to 6 packages depending on the periods.

Note that the operator also offers packages that come with a smartphone as with traditional operators (Orange, Bouygues Télécom, Free and SFR). These offers are offered with a 24-month commitment and the smartphones offered range from premium to entry-level from Apple, Xiaomi, Samsung and Honor. The package is offered at a preferential price for 6 or 12 months with the choice of purchasing the smartphone at cost price or spreading the payment over 24 months (at the rate of 8 euros per month + an initial deposit).

By doing a quick calculation as part of this package with iPhone 15, this brings the smartphone back to 629 euros (437 +(8×24)) after 24 months without counting the price of the package.
Can I get an eSIM with a Coriolis plan?
Coriolis does offer the possibility of ordering an eSIM with its package. However, the procedure is not done directly via a classic order on the operator’s website. The eSIM must be requested directly from customer service (contact below) as a replacement for a physical SIM card.
This means thatyou must already have a plan with Coriolis to benefit from an eSIM on the same plan. In addition, you have to pay 10 euros extra to have access. Conversely, you also have to pay this amount when switching from an eSIM to a classic SIM. These 10 euros are then deducted from the next invoice. Also note that an eSIM must be reactivated each time you change your smartphone, and therefore pay this amount each time to keep your number.
How can I contact Coriolis customer service?
It is possible to contact Coriolis customer service at 901 from your mobile or to 09 69 32 94 77 from a landline (non-premium rate number) Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note, however, that customer service charges after the first minute of the call at a rate of 0.37 euros including tax per minute.
There is also the possibility of sending a message to the Coriolis teams from the customer area. As a last resort, there is also the possibility of going to the operator’s physical store.

How can I cancel a plan with Coriolis Telecom?
If you change your plan, simply provide the RIO code of your current line to the new operator. To obtain this RIO, you must call 3179. You receive an SMS with the code following the call. Once registration with your new operator is complete, the Coriolis package is canceled automatically and at no additional cost.
If you want to permanently close your line via the Coriolis package. You will then need to contact the operator’s customer service by telephone or use the web platform with the dedicated form from the customer area.
