Today, the main uses put forward for connected watches are those relating to sports activity monitoring or health. An increasing number of sensors are thus integrated, with GPS tracking for outdoor sports, and monitoring of oxygen saturation in the blood to know if you are breathing well enough.

Connected watches can also find their use in applications for those who still use them on a daily basis.
