The price and release date of the Decathlon E-FEEL 700 S, 900 S and 900 S Team Edition were revealed as part of the Roc d’Azur, as we learn Cycling Transition. As expected, this trio occupies the premium segment. Below is their price list:
- Decathlon E-FEEL 700 S: 4300 euros.
- Decathlon E-FEEL 900 S: 4999 euros;
- Decathlon E-FEEL 900 S Team Edition: 5999 euros, limited edition.
As for their availability, we will have to wait a little: all these little people will be available in the summer of 2024.

Every year, the Roc d’Azur is considered the biggest mountain bike event in the world. A trade fair is also held there, where several new products are exhibited by the manufacturers. This is the case of Decathlon, whose new E-FEEL range was seen by our colleagues at Cycling Transition, present on site. The opportunity to discover three models in preview.
The Decathlon E-FEEL 700 S, 900 S and Team Edition should undoubtedly target the very high-end segment given their already partially known technical sheet. The most advanced model, namely the Team Edition, is notably equipped with a Shimano Deore XT Di2 12-speed electronic derailleur.
Automatic mode
This transmission brings in its bag a mode: Free Shift, which can be used… when you are not pedaling: at that moment, you are free to change and choose the gear you want, particularly before a descent or a turn . These two modes have been specifically designed for electric mountain biking. Auto Shift mode is not up to date.
This transmission is associated with a powerful motor, the Shimano EP801 and its torque of 85 Nm. With this, you should experience more than dynamic pick-ups and starts, and above all, a certain liveliness to overcome obstacles.
Cycling Transition also mentions a RockShox Zeb Ultimate suspension fork (probable 160 mm travel), a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock with 150 mm travel, Mavic E-Deemax S rims, Rockrider Grip 900 tires, TRP Trail hydraulic disc brakes Evo with four pistons and an aluminum frame.
The E-FEEL 900S drops a bit in range
For its part, the Decathlon E-FEEL 900S also has an electronic derailleur – and therefore both Auto and Free modes – but it is a Shimano CUES Di2 with 11 speeds, i.e. one gear less than his big brother. This takes away a bit of its versatility, without weighing it down. Eleven speeds are already a guarantee of a certain flexibility.
This model makes some concessions to go down in range. You will need a Rockshox Domain suspension fork, a Rockshox Deluxe shock absorber and Duroc SD rims. We will have to wait for its formalization to know the rest of its technical sheet.
Finally, the Decathlon E-FEEL 700S is the last of this trio. Here, the engine evolves slightly and is based on the Shimano EP600 system. Don’t panic: it also delivers a torque of 85 Nm, but remains simply heavier than the EP8 (3 kg vs. 2.7 kg) due to the material used, steel, specifies Bike Transition. The hydraulic disc brakes are TRP Trail Evo, while the drivetrain relies on an 11-speed Shimano Cues.
Prices still to be defined
For the moment, no price or release date has been communicated for the Decathlon E-FEEL 700 S, 900 S and Team Edition. We contacted the French brand to find out more about them. Without a doubt, their arrival in the group’s catalog is only a matter of weeks, if not days.
