The first conclusion the site draws is that bouillon cubes are very salty. Indeed, the content varies from 0.43 g to 1.63 g per 150 ml which is too high for the body and bad for the cardiovascular system.
The worst brand, according to 60 million consumers, is Kania Poultry Broth, which can be found at Lidl. In addition to a high amount of salt, it would contain too many additives, allergens as well as palm oil. It was therefore noted a small 7.5 / 20. In front of him, in the penultimate position, there is the Auchan poultry broth rated 9/20. It occupies the same place as the broth of the Dilecta brand. And unfortunately, Knorr Chicken Broth is one of the lowest rated brands, 9.5 / 20, because it is obviously too salty, it has too many allergens and additives, even if it doesn’t. is not made up of sugar like the previous three may be.
