Crests, logos and original mechanical parts of the manufacturer such as rims, front and rear hoods, wheel arches and steering wheel were replaced with products apparently identical to those of the Ferrari manufactured in Maranello from 2004 to 2009. The forgery was also confirmed by the experts called in by the police after the vehicle was seized.
