Samsung is expanding its innovative self-repair program, now including more models and parts. This initiative, which allows users to repair their devices themselves, covers a wide range of smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Apple started the trend with its self-repair program for iPhone, quickly followed by Google offering genuine parts for Pixel smartphones. These initiatives marked an evolution in consumer autonomy for repair of their devices.

In the process, Samsung launched its self-repair program in France, allowing users to repair their smartphones themselves Galaxy and some laptop models. The manufacturer is now extending its self-repair program to include a widest range of models and parts.

Initially launched in the United States and South Korea, Samsung’s self-repair program has since expanded to several European countries and recently added new markets like Greece, Hungary and Portugal.
