The 2023 Christmas bonus will be paid from Friday December 15 by CAF. MoneyVox has learned the date of the payment which will be made by Ple emploi for some of these beneficiaries, as well as the conditions for claiming an exceptional increase in the Christmas bonus. Good news for the unemployed concerned: payment is imminent, from this Wednesday.
This is help eagerly awaited by more than 2 million low-income households. The Christmas bonus will be paid this week. CAF will make the payment on Friday December 15 to RSA beneficiaries. For its part, MoneyVox learned from Full employment that the latter will do payment from December 13Wednesday therefore.
Ple emploi pays the Christmas bonus to beneficiaries of one of the following allowances: the specific solidarity allowance (ASS); the specific training solidarity allowance (ASS-F); the retirement equivalent allowance (AER); there remuneration for Ple emploi training (RFPE) or the remuneration of vocational training trainees / public internship remuneration (RSFP/RPS) if you received the specific solidarity allowance (ASS) the day before you started training; assistance with business creation and takeover for ASS beneficiaries (ACRE-ASS).
No Christmas bonus for ARE recipients
Recipients who receive the return to work assistance allowance (ARE) are, however, not among the beneficiaries of the Christmas bonus. The amount of the Christmas bonus paid by Ple emploi is fixed: 152.45 euros.
But this year, nearly 700,000 certain single-parent families will benefit from a 35% increase in the Christmas bonus. On the CAF side, no action is necessary: this premium will be automatically increased.
Christmas bonus 2023: good news for 660,000 families, here are the increased rates
The increase in the Christmas bonus also benefits beneficiaries of ASS (specific solidarity allowance) and AER (retirement equivalent allowance) who live alone with one or more dependent children.

Payment of the supplement will take place after submission of this sworn certificate
The recipient will receive a notification of payment of the Christmas bonus, from the start of the week, on which it will be mentioned that they must contact their advisor in order to collect a sworn certificate to complete. Payment of the supplement will take place after submission of this sworn certificate accompanied by the CAF/MSA payment certificate in the event of receipt of family benefits and a copy of the family record book.
