Upheaval in Here it all begins… Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) decides – officially – to take time for himself and to give up his duties as director of the Auguste Armand Institute!
In an unpublished extract from the soap opera unveiled in advance by TF1, the pastry chef summons Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) and Rose (Vanessa Demouy) to make his announcement.
Teyssier’s shock announcement
In the introduction to his speech, Emmanuel tells the two sisters that he wants Axel (Thomas Da Costa) to avoid new family twists and turns. As a reminder, the young man has just learned from his family that he has been adopted…
Teyssier goes on and lets go that he will soon leave the cooking school. Rose and Clotilde are in shock and question him. The main interested party confides as his illness progresses. Suffering from multiple sclerosis, Emmanuel suffered a flare-up of his painful condition…
Emmanuel admits to them that he has been in pain for a few days and that he thought he could manage the situation. Rose feels sorry for him and asks if there is anything they can do to help him. True to form, Constance’s husband (Sabine Perraud) ironically replies that he already has a nurse at home.
Teyssier leaves the Institute
He then indicates that his doctor recommends complete rest. Teyssier admits that he believes he has served his time at the head of the Institute and that he prefers to retire before things get worse… He nevertheless assures them that he will take steps not to abandon his post too abruptly .
Emmanuel finally asks them to be discreet about his problems and offers to discuss this whole story later. Clotilde remains silent and observes her colleague…
She seems suspicious. Does she doubt the sincerity of the ruthless leader’s approach? Undoubtedly, she and Rose will soon unravel the true from the false…
