Here it all begins: Jim Leroy soon in a relationship with Jasmine? Loan Becmont confides in his remarkable arrival in the series

Jim, the eldest son of Marc Leroy (Stéphane Blancafort), makes a remarkable arrival this evening in “Here everything begins”. Loan Becmont tells us about this dark and lonely new character, determined to pass the entrance exam to the institute.

A newcomer to the universe of Here it all begins, will Jim Leroy (Loan Becmont) make Jasmine forget Axel?

Last spring, viewers of the TF1 culinary soap opera met Marc Leroy, new chef played by Stéphane Blancafort and Teyssier’s best friend, and his son Thibault, played by Félix Pacaut.

Since then, the two characters have joined the universe of Here it all starts by joining the Auguste Armand Institute as a teacher and new second-year student respectively, and the Leroy clan is preparing to expand tonight with the arrival of Jim, Marc’s eldest son, with whom relations are more than strained.

Like Léonard (Thomas Vilan) and Maya (Alexandra Favalli), but also other new characters that we will discover on the air this Monday August 28 on the occasion of the launch of season 4 on TF1, Jim arrives at Calvières to pass the entrance examination of the institute.

Will he manage to join the ranks of the most prestigious cooking school in France and mend his complicated relationship with his father? Loan Becmont tells us all about his character, who promises to leave no one unmoved. Starting with Jasmine and Deva in the episode broadcast this Friday, August 25!

Family conflict and love triangle on the menu for season 4 of Here it all begins?

“Jim is a former soldier who worked in a submarine. And following the accident of the train in which his father and his brother were present, he decided to get closer to his family and therefore to integrate the Auguste Institute Armand”confides Loan Becmont when we meet him on the set of Here it all begins last month.

“He’s a very dark person, but deep down he’s a little cream, who just has a lot of little flaws. He just wants to try to be happy in life, but it’s not easy because he has demons chasing him”.

Dark and lonely, Jim can however count on the unfailing support and love of his brother Thibault, whom he finds with pleasure in tonight’s episode. “Jim is very close to his brother. He is the only person he will smile at, with whom he will be able to be tactile, even hug”. A relationship the opposite of that which unites Jim to his father, Marc Leroy, who does not miss an opportunity to belittle his eldest son and seems to largely prefer Thibault to him.

“Jim is still happy to see his father again because, basically, he’s really there to get closer to him”explains Loan Becmont. “But their relationship is very complicated”. Why ? Viewers will have to be patient before finding out, even if the interpreter of Jim teases only “family stories” and “lies” are at the origin of this conflict and the demons of the former soldier.

In any case, the eldest son of chef Leroy seems well on his way to integrating the intrigues of Here it all begins on a long-term basis since he “will do everything to pass the competition, and will succeed” already promises the young actor, even if he admits that Jim will “meet some galleys” during the tests of the competition and will realize that there is “a real difference between being a chef in a gastro and working in a submarine”.

As for knowing with whom the young man will bond over the episodes, Loan Becmont insists on the solitary side of his character: “He’s not going to make too many friends (laughs). He’s a very lonely person”. Fortunately, the screenwriters of the soap opera do not forget the love stories that fascinate viewers, and Jim will not escape it! “He’s going to get closer to a girl. But that’s all I can say, it’s a secret for now”reveals Loan Becmont.

From there to think that the girl in question is none other than Jasmine (Zoï Sévérin), who seems both irritated and intrigued by Jim after their first interactions in tonight’s episode, there is only one not. With the key to a love triangle of the tastiest with Thibault, who has already been under the spell of Jasmine for several weeks? The future will tell. But it seems to be going well.

Who is Loan Becmont, the interpreter of Jim Leroy?

Aged 26, Loan Becmont, originally from Normandy, did thirteen years of theater and studied cinema in Paris, before the Covid came to disrupt his dreams. “The Covid arrived and, as I had offers for modeling that I had so far refused, I decided to start. I was able to live in Milan and travel all over Europe for two or three years, so that was pretty cool”confides the interpreter of Jim, who won his first role on the screen thanks to Here everything begins.

“One day, a movie agent spotted me on the street as I was going to a casting for Fashion Week. And in fact it happened like that”continues Loan Becmont, who was thus able to realize his dream and make his debut in front of the camera. “It’s a childhood dream come true. And here I am now, it’s a total love”.
