In the episode ofHere it all starts from Monday, October 24, 2022, the file on the death of Chief Simony (Xavier Lafitte) has been closed without further action. Consequently, Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) announces to Jeremy (Pierre Hurel) that he will be able to come and visit her in France without any problem. Very busy, Jeremy does not think he will be able to come anytime soon but promises his mother to do his best. Depressed, Clotilde finds refuge with Joachim (Janis Abrikh). She misses her son very much, but she realizes that her life is now in Australia. A little later, during her lesson with the second-year students, Clotilde notices that Eliott and Hortense both put fragrant fleur de sel in their recipe. It reminds her of Jeremy, and it’s no coincidence. The young man was not in Australia that morning, but in France. He surprises her and arrives in the middle of class. Clotilde is over the moon.

After class, Clotilde and Jeremy go for a coffee at Double A. The young man meets Joachim, and the current immediately passes between them. However, during a conversation with Greg, Jeremy begins to doubt the young man’s intentions. Indeed, since he is in a relationship with Clotilde, Joachim has a much more comfortable life. Did he get close to his mother for the wrong reasons?

Rose wants to hire Kelly’s father for a module

For her part, Rose (Vanessa Demouy) has decided to offer a bakery workshop to young master chefs. She hasn’t found the lead speaker for the module yet, but has three candidates in mind. Upon discovering that Thomas Lacroix (Ifig Brouard), the pbiological era of Kelly (Axelle Dodier), is part of it, Laëtitia (Florence Coste) falls from the clouds. To prevent her ex from coming to teach at the Institute, she makes an appointment with the two other candidates and makes Rose believe that Lacroix was not interested. Rose finds this strange. She had the baker on the phone a short time ago, and he was very excited. She decides to call him back to convince him, but Laëtitia forbids her. She assures him that Thomas is not the right candidate and goes so far as to pass him off as a misogynistic drunkard to dissuade Rose from contacting him again.

Later, Rose sits down in the park and learns, during a conversation with Lionel (Lucien Belvès), that Kelly (Axelle Dodier) has gone through difficult times following her meeting with her father, Thomas Lacroix. Understanding that her candidate for the Master is none other than Kelly’s father, Rose confronts Laëtitia. The latter explains that she panicked. Above all, she does not want Kelly to meet her father at the Institute. It could rekindle old wounds. Rose, however, thinks of the welfare of the Institute first and really wants to hire Lacroix. Laëtitia resigns herself to warning Kelly…

Vic plots against Greg and Mehdi

After spending the weekend together, Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) and Théo (Khaled Alouach) meet on the beach early in the morning. The young chef begins to understand that Vic has feelings for him, but she doesn’t dare admit it to him. Either way, this is not the time for discussion. Vic doesn’t want to be late for class, and Theo would like to get to the Institute before his father returns from Madrid. He prepares to leave, but Vic does not want to arrive at the same time as him for fear of starting rumours. Theo thinks she doesn’t want people to think thatshe hurt Greg (Mikael Mittelstadt) voluntarily so that he recovers his position at Double A, but Vic assures him of the contrary. She claims that she did not purposely run into Greg during their basketball challenge.

Arriving in the kitchen, Théo bumps into his parents and pretends not to have arrived earlier because he was managing the stocks. Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) notices a cold between his son and his wife and questions Constance (Sabine Perraud). The latter admits having lied to Theo. To make him stay at the Institute, she pretended that he would recover his position of leader at the restaurant of his father. Besides, she thinks that Teyssier should really lift the layoff of her son. The pastry chef is not yet decided. He is convinced that Theo lied to him about the stocks and does not trust him enough.

For his part, Greg finds Eliott (Nicolas Anselmo) and Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) at the Institute. His shoulder is better, but he cannot resume his position as co-chef at Double A. Hortense is convinced that Vic intentionally hurt him so that Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) finds himself alone at the head of the restaurant and ends up crash. She even suspects her of having premeditated everything by offering Greg to play basketball. The latter finds this hypothesis very improbable, but nevertheless takes Hortense at his word. He decides to go support Mehdi during the service despite his recovering shoulder, but does not manage to be effective. Quickly, the two students lose control and are given a soap by Teyssier. The latter also puts pressure on them for the Halloween menu, for which they will have to make proposals the next day. Seeing that Greg and Mehdi are not ready, Theo offers his help, but his father sends him off.

At the end of the day, Greg and Mehdi meet at the CDI to work on their Halloween menu. For dessert, Greg offers Mehdi to revisit his signature dessert, Eden. Being a dessert with CBD, he is confident that it will appeal to customers for Halloween. Asked a little further, Vic overhears their conversation and orders 50g of marijuana by phone…
