The young woman regrets having told her romantic dream to the latter. Indeed, Souleymane would risk understanding that she has feelings for him. Intrigued, Clotilde asks her if she still wants to marry Vikash, her fiancé. Deva admits to being a little lost. She is committed to marrying an Indian man and does not want to disappoint her family. However, his feelings for Souleymane call everything into question. She asks Clotilde for advice, but the chef does not want to impose her opinion on her and tells her to make her own choices.

In the greenhouse, Théo (Khaled Alouach) and Célia (Rebecca Benhamour) surprise Souleymane making natural pigments. The young man wants to reproduce Holi, the festival of colors in India that Deva dreamed of. Théo and Célia find his approach very romantic. Later, Souleymane takes Deva by surprise by throwing natural pigment powder on him. The two teenagers engage in a painting battle. Deva is delighted, but the mood drops quickly. When Souleymane talks to her about the dream she told him about, Deva denies everything. Annoyed, Souleymane leaves her alone.

After breaking up with Solal (Benjamin Douba) and Tom (Tom Darmon), Ambre (Claire Romain) is heartbroken and finds refuge with Célia. She is afraid of never finding someone who corresponds to her, and that Solal will never forgive her for having chosen polyamory rather than him. Célia advises him to focus on the positive: his friends and his studies. At the Table des Rivières, Solal is not in the mood for work. Amber has been his mainstay all his life and he can’t imagine the future without her. Gaëtan (Terence Telle) tries to comfort him but puts his foot in the dish. For her part, Ambre finds Tom during the lesson of the chef Guinot (Catherine Marchal). The young man offers him to become friends again, but Amber prefers that he keep his distance.

Iñesta laid off, Clotilde makes a dramatic decision

The day before, Jasmine (Zoï Severin) trapped Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) and Lisandro (Agustin Galiana) by making the latter believe that Anaïs wanted her to return the keys to his home. Annoyed, the room teacher announces to Rose (Vanessa Demouy) that his relationship with Anaïs is definitely over. He does not know how to announce it to his son, Esteban (Noa Da Silva), who is very attached to his ex-girlfriend. Rose advises him to start by talking to Anaïs to do things properly. Lisandro tries to establish a dialogue with the latter, but Anaïs refuses to speak to him. Very angry, she finds Jasmine, Lionel (Lucien Belvès) and Enzo (Aziz Diabaté) and offers them to move up a gear to gain respect. During lunch, the vegetarian students take the Double A hostage and demand 80% non-meat dishes from the restaurant’s menu. They explain that they did not like Iñesta’s provocations the day before. Scandalized, Clotilde sends them for a walk and promises them a sanction.

Angry, Clotilde and Antoine (Frédéric Diefhental) summon Lisandro. He doesn’t see what he’s done wrong. After all, students have to learn how to carve meat, whether they want to or not. Antoine asks him to apologize to them despite everything, but Lisandro opposes it. He does not want to compromise his authority with the students. As evening service approaches, Greg (Mikael Mittelstadt), Charlène (Pola Petrenko) and Tom ask the vegetarians to clear the floor to let them work. Iñesta also tries to make them leave, but Lionel, Anaïs and the others refuse to move. Pushed to the end, the room teacher gets angry. He physically assaults Lionel by dragging him on the ground, which earns him a layoff by Chief Armand. To calm things down, the latter ends up accepting the demands of vegetarians. The Double A Map therefore becomes 80% non-meat. Shocked by this decision, Charlène decides to call her father and asks him to come back to the Institute…
