Here it all begins (spoilers): Salomé makes a terrible discovery about the death of Mathieu

In the episode of‘Here it all starts Friday, September 30, 2022, before the lesson with chef Armand (Elsa Lunghini), Ethan (Rik Kleve) confides in Axel (Thomas DaCosta). He hasn’t spoken to Samia since his lost bet and wonders if he should distance himself from her. Axel does not understand his decision. After the bet, Samia offered Ethan a drink, a sign that she clearly has a crush on him. So he encourages his friend to get started. During class, Ethan does his low-temperature cooking perfectly, which deeply annoys Samia. Chef Armand finds the competition between her and Ethan very stimulating for them and for their entire promotion. She is certain that they will be led to do great things…

At the end of the day, Ethan goes to see Samia at boarding school. He offers her a salted butter caramel éclair.to defeat himand enters his room. Samia reminds him that the bet is over, and that his victory during Armand’s class does not offer him a night with her. Ethan replies that even if he had won the previous time, he does not would never have agreed to sleep with her like that. To sleep together, they would need a better reason than a simple bet. He nevertheless ends up kissing her, and the two students share an intimate moment.

To reopen the Circle with Billie (Margaux Kaguilar) and Samia (Emma Boulanouar), Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) offers to recruit Enzo (Aziz Diabaté). Not only did the latter graduate, but he finished top of his class and won the national pastry competition with Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche). The young women decide to deposit the Circle card, on which is inscribed the motto “Audacity Fortunat Juvat“, in Enzo’s locker. On the back, they arrange to meet Enzo in the greenhouse at the end of the afternoon. Finding the card, Enzo shows it to Lionel (Lucien Belvès). The latter has to Hard to believe that an elite club exists at the Institute and discourages Enzo from honoring the appointment in the greenhouse… At the appointed time, Enzo raises a rabbit to Vic, Billie and Samia. Far from being demotivated, Hortense’s sister (Catherine Davydzenka) suggests aiming even higher than Enzo and trying to recruit Théo Teyssier (Khaled Alouach). Billie and Samia don’t think Teyssier’s son would be interested in the Circle and forbid her to try…

David is responsible for the death of Mathieu

No news from Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) since their kiss from the day before, David (Liam Hellmann) goes to see her in the park of the Institute. He shares his feelings with her, but Anaïs admits that she doesn’t feel ready. She and Lisandro (Agustin Galiana) have only been separated for two days, and she must now focus on opening her restaurant. Nevertheless, she has an affectionate gesture for David, which does not escape Charlène (Pola Petrenko)… Later, Anaïs finds Salomé (Aurélie Pons), Rose (Vanessa Demouy) and Joachim (Janis Abrikh) to talk about the restaurant . She announces that she wants to call it “Le Rocher Blanc” but David, who was passing by, doesn’t think that’s a good idea and asks to speak to her in private. He reminds her that the Rocher Blanc is the place where Mathieu drowned, but Anaïs rather sees this place as the place where she has her best memories of childhood and adolescence. She has no intention of changing her mind.

Challenged by David’s reaction, Salomé researches the White Rock on the internet and understands that it is the place where Mathieu drowned. Worried, she goes to see David and asks him to help Anaïs remember the day her brother died. David categorically refuses and raises his voice. Her reaction intrigues Salomé… A little further on, Charlène tells Lisandro what she saw that very morning. When he learns that Anaïs has been seen close to David, the professor is flabbergasted. For her part, Salomé goes to see Rose. She has the feeling that David is hiding something about Mathieu’s death. On the internet, she discovered that an investigation was opened after the drowning of the latter. Apparently, Rocher Blanc beach was very dangerous and swimming was prohibited. She thinks David doesn’t tell them everything about that day…

In the kitchen, Lisandro surprises David working on low-temperature cooking. He reminds him that his 10 days of dismissal do not allow him to use the kitchens of the Institute, but David stands up to him. Angry, Lisandro attacks him physically, but Anaïs arrives and separates them. She gives a soap to Lisandro, who tells her that David is manipulating her without her even realizing it… For her part, Salomé decides to investigate and goes to David’s room. On her computer, she finds a video of August 14, 2016, the day Mathieu died. But before she can watch it in full, David surprises her. He begs her not to tell Anaïs about the video. If she were to discover it, she would understand that Mathieu died by his fault…
