Monday, April 10 in Here it all begins…

Amber suffers a heavy blow

In the park of the Institute, the girls congratulate each other on their success. Amber announces to her comrades that Rose has reserved the Workshop for them so that they can train on their menu. Tom and Axel come to join them and propose to integrate the brigade to give them a shot tomorrow. But they all refuse, in order to respect the principle of non-mixing of their brigade.

Meanwhile, Rose defends her female squad against Teyssier, who fears they don’t have the shoulders to handle such an event. Failure to do so would do bad publicity for the Institute. He therefore wants the girls to be supervised by a teacher. But Rose does not agree because they have just succeeded in creating a good and very egalitarian group dynamic. She guarantees the success of their project.

At the Atelier, Jasmine entrusts the girls with their training program. Amber then asks Hortense to be the leader of the brigade. The latter accepts and chooses Jasmine as second. At the same time, Amber receives a message from Daphne about Diane’s preferences for the menu. These seem easy to adjust.

Louis then arrives at the Atelier, unhappy with their work. Indeed, they forgot to relaunch an order for a product they used for their menu. Ambre retorts that at least their cooking pleases and will attract a star to the Institute. Louis attacks Amber viciously, declaring that she could never have done it alone, since she has no talent apart from her physique. With tears in her eyes, Amber tries to cash in on her speech, while Hortense kicks him out of the Atelier.

Outside, Louis continues to criticize the project of the female brigade, in particular with his mother. He is surprised that Teyssier has not chosen a professor to supervise them because in the event of failure, the Institute will suffer. Claire listens vaguely. When Louis asks her if she’s okay, she pretends to suffer from a migraine.

For her part, Amber does not recover from Louis’s words. Axel, who was made aware of the incident by Jasmine, comes to support her. Pained, Amber admits to him that she doubts her abilities in the kitchen and that she fears that men are only interested in her physique. Axel reminds her of her many qualities and her talent, then takes her in his arms. He is surprised by Jasmine and Deva.

As they walk away, Axel and Amber catch up with them. Both assure Jasmine that their rapprochement was only friendly. But Jasmine can’t help but feel jealous. Witnesses to their confusion, Antoine and Rose come to offer them help to resolve their tensions. They impose a teacher on them to frame them.

At the Workshop, Jasmine forgives Amber and recognizes that she needs to work on herself to stop being so paranoid and jealous. The girls’ brigade then wonders about the identity of the teacher who will supervise them. This is the chef Guinot, who confirms to them that they always have carte blanche on their menu. She is not there to take power but to guide them.

At the end of their training, Hortense stays with the chef for a while to show her all her respect and admiration. Claire thanks her for her words, then pretends to have a call to make. Once alone, she bursts into tears…

The egg hunt is on

The children of the village arrive at the Institute and run through the halls of the school, much to the chagrin of Teyssier. The latter instructs Antoine to supervise the egg hunt, avoiding any excesses. The director wants in particular that no child enters his office. Antoine promises to manage.

At the CDI, Kelly distributes baskets to the children, while Lionel explains to them the progress of the hunt: whoever finds a golden egg will have an additional chocolate ration. Lionel then gives a clue to find this golden egg: you have to approach the dragon’s lair…

A little later, Teyssier discovers Esteban, on all fours in his office. The little boy reveals that Lionel’s clue made him think of this place. Exasperated, the director decides to take him directly to the hiding place of the golden egg.

Teyssier accompanies Esteban to Double A, where Charlene’s chocolate dragon is. Lionel joins them to witness the victory of Esteban, who discovers the golden egg hidden in a box. But in the end, Teyssier believes that the reward is his and eats the chocolate in his place.

Theo organizes a family lunch

In the Double A kitchen, Theo and his team are preparing the Easter menu. In parallel with the customers of the application restaurant, Théo also wants to serve his menu to his family, whom he has invited to the terrace. He prays that everything goes well between the Armands and the Teyssiers. He doesn’t realize that Tom is swapping his bowl of spices for a much stronger one.

Meanwhile, Axel, Louis, Charlène, Rose and Clotilde appreciate the starters served by Théo. The latter then comes to present his dish to them: lamb shank in casserole. Auguste Armand’s famous recipe but twisted in its own way. He promises to come and taste it with them as soon as he has finished his brief with his brigade.

The Armands and the Teyssiers therefore taste the dish without it and realize very quickly that there is a problem with the spice associated with the meat. But no one dares say anything to Theo. When the latter joins them, they all claim to have eaten too much before to be able to finish their plate. Tasting his own dish, Theo realizes that it is not good because of a mistake in the spice. Everyone laughs about it. The Armand sisters offer to toast their spirit of solidarity.

Later, Charlène and Théo pass by their father’s office. Charlène sits down in her armchair, imagining herself as the director of the Institute. Emmanuel then comes to join them. He says he has no regrets about passing it on to them. But he also recognizes that his children are where they are because of their own talents. He admits to being very proud of them, then takes them in his arms.
