Constance reveals a secret
Marc goes to look for Thibault at his godfather’s house where he had isolated himself for a few days. He takes the opportunity to make sure his son is ready for the transplant operation scheduled for the next morning. Thibault says he does it of his own free will. Finally, Marc expresses the wish that he reconciles with Jim. But on this point, Thibault remains stubborn, still hurt by the betrayal of his brother and his ex.
Meanwhile, Iris confides in Constance about her apprehension regarding the transplant. However, she highlights the positive point of the situation: not only has Marc apologized to her for keeping her away from boys to punish her, but she also feels that she is reconnecting with her family.
At the Institute, Thibault goes through the locker rooms to collect some things. He meets Tom and Carla who sympathize with his personal situation with Jim and Jasmine. She hears their conversation, then joins them. She tries to establish a dialogue with Thibault, but he completely ignores her.
Jim and Jasmine meet in the vegetable garden greenhouse. Both suffer compared to Thibault. Jasmine feels guilty about ruining the relationship between the two brothers. But Jim has no intention of giving up on his relationship. He tells Jasmine that he loves her. She tells him that she loves him back. They are kissing.
For her part, Iris receives a visit from Teyssier, who has come to apologize for his unfair behavior towards her recently. Iris suspects him of feeling guilty about having destroyed his family by making Marc believe that she had cheated on him when it was false. Teyssier, however, claims the opposite.
Later, Thibault picks up his mother so that they can go to the hospital together. Iris takes the opportunity to apologize to him for not having been there for him. But she is very proud of the young man he has become. Thibault is nice to her.
At the hospital, Marc is there to reassure Iris. The latter decides to tell him again that she never cheated on him because she loved him too much for that. She is interrupted by a nurse who has come to pick her up to do some tests.
Marc then goes to Teyssier to confront him about this. Constance joins their conversation, revealing that it was she who told her husband that Iris was cheating on him, even though it was indeed a lie…
David and Deva are not on the same wavelength
At the marsh roommate, Carla and Livio discuss with David the proposition that Leroy made to him and Deva: work in a nomadic restaurant along the Andes. For David, things are clear, they will refuse and stay at the Institute. Carla is surprised, pointing out how excited Deva seemed about the project. Livio totally thinks that Deva would be capable of giving up her personal desires just to stay with David.
For her part, Clotilde questions Deva on the same subject. The young girl declares that she plans to stay at the Institute with David because she does not want to risk endangering her sobriety by going to the other side of the world. Clotilde, however, fears that Deva will have regrets.
Later, David and Deva come across Leroy who is waiting for their response. If David declares that they are ready to leave, Deva declares on the contrary that they will stay at the Institute. Seeing that they have not yet decided, Leroy gives them time to think about it.
David and Deva therefore discuss the situation together. The young woman admits to her boyfriend that she really wants to leave, but that she didn’t want to force him. David claims to have changed his mind. Deva is overjoyed.
Billie investigates Antoine
At Double A, Pénélope tells Billie about the embarrassing moment the day before when Yann thought she was in a relationship with Antoine. Billie is still convinced that the deputy director is not indifferent to Penelope’s charm and she intends to check it out.
After the service, Billie takes advantage of Antoine’s unexpected visit to the Double A to encourage him to have a coffee at the counter. She asks him some rather personal questions. Antoine retorts that it is rather inappropriate of him.
Back in his office, Antoine shares his suspicions towards Billie with Laetitia. He thinks she’s falling for him. Laetitia thinks, on the contrary, that Billie is investigating to find out if he has feelings for Penelope.
Later, Antoine approaches Pénélope in the park to thank her for her support for the immersion course. At the same time, Clotilde comes to inform her colleague that Teyssier intends to give Yann a test. Antoine finds it useless, but he understands that he has no choice.
