In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… The marriage of Clotilde and Joachim spreads love throughout the institute. Between Teyssier and Meyer, the competition is on! For her part, Laetitia saves Clotilde’s marriage.

Friday April 12 in Here it all begins…
Clotilde and Joachim get married
It’s the big day for Clotilde and Joachim! The bride-to-be receives help from her sister with her hair and makeup, while her companion picks up her outfit to go get ready at Antoine’s. At the same time, Clotilde receives a call from the singer they had hired for the ceremony. This can no longer come because of a loss of voice. Joachim promises to find a solution.
At the Institute, Vic and Enzo try to understand why Mehdi filed for divorce. They emphasize that Hortense is going through a difficult phase following the sudden death of her father. For Mehdi, this doesn’t change the fact that their relationship has been struggling for a while.
After which, Mehdi meets Hortense at the Commissary. She apologizes to him for everything she has done. She admits to having been unfair to him because she did not realize all the sacrifices he made for her and for their relationship. She promises to no longer be a hindrance to him by agreeing to sign the divorce papers.
Meanwhile, Joachim is preparing at Antoine’s house with Gaëtan and Jérémy. Laetitia joins them with her camera to immortalize the scene. Joachim then remembers her vocal talents and asks her to please replace the absent singer for the reception.
In the kitchen, Maya, Léonard and Malik put the finishing touches on their menu. They are exhausted from all the work done. Maya can no longer stand the atmosphere of weddings and suggests to her friends that they form a singles club. The rules of the club are simple: no romance; no torque; no hassle. Leonard and Malik are all in.
In the room, everyone comes together to celebrate the union of Clotilde and Joachim. Chef Armand walks up the aisle on Jérémy’s arm, joining her beloved. As witnesses, Rose and Gaëtan are alongside the mayor who is in charge of the ceremony. The future spouses each pronounce their vows, exchange their rings, then kiss. They are officially declared husband and wife to the applause of the guests.
During the reception, Clotilde gives a speech of thanks to Hortense and her brigade for the work done. She also adds on a personal note a thank you to Hortense for having ensured that Jérémy attended her wedding. In return, Hortense sings the praises of the couple formed by Clotilde and Jérémy. Moved, Hortense ends up leaving the room under the thoughtful eyes of Mehdi.
Then comes the time for Laetitia to go on stage and sing Clotilde and Joachim’s opening song. They take possession of the dance floor, while most of the guests marvel at Laetitia’s vocal talent. Zacharie is under the spell. When Antoine suggests to Stanislas that they continue to make Laetitia sing at the Double A, the butler also seems very sensitive to his voice.
Later, Clotilde receives congratulations from Teyssier, then that of her son. Jérémy admits that his mother is very happy with Joachim and regrets having put obstacles in their way. As a sign of peace, Clotilde accompanies Jérémy to the table where Sabine is so that he invites her to dance.
Outside, Mehdi finds Hortense who is brooding. The young man admits that she was wrong a little earlier in the day: she is not a brake for him, but an engine to move forward. They both admit to each other that they miss each other before kissing…
The competition is launched between Teyssier and Meyer
In the Institute park, Anaïs meets Chef Meyer to tell her that she accepts his proposal. Delighted, the latter asks him to think about a menu for Monday. Despite the little time this leaves her, Anaïs promises that she will be there.
A little later, Anaïs tells Salomé that Teyssier made his decision very badly. The latter in fact described Meyer as the devil, insinuating that she was going to manipulate her. Anaïs is sad to disappoint her mentor. Salomé thinks that his ego is a little hurt but that deep down he must be happy to see her stand on her own two feet.
During Clotilde and Joachim’s wedding, Teyssier meets Meyer. He accuses her of poaching her best element, adding that she will certainly destroy Anaïs as she did with her previous collaborator. Meyer retorts that she is only giving a chance to a promising young chef and that he has no choice but to deal with it.
At the end of the marriage, Teyssier admits to Constance that he intends to keep Anaïs by telling her about his project. Constance believes that it is premature because he has not signed anything yet. She also reminds him that this project was initially intended for Charlène. Teyssier says her daughter will never be a great chef.
