In the next episode of “Here it all begins”, panic in the championship: between David and Lisandro, blood flows. Laetitia confides in Salomé. For his part, Greg lies about his breakup with Eliott.

Thursday, December 15 in Here it all begins…
Just before the competition begins, David breaks into Double A to replace one of Lisandro’s glasses with his weakened glass. Shortly after, Souleymane arrives at the restaurant. When he meets David, he takes the opportunity to apologize for getting angry with him and for putting his break with Deva on his back. As he leaves, Souleymane notices that David was standing near Lisandro’s table. David replies that he was checking his equipment to make sure there was no cheating.
The second test of the mixology competition, which takes place at Double A, consists of creating cocktails in association with a complete meal: starter, main course and dessert. Candidates are judged on the relevance of their combination of flavors, as well as their ability to lead their team in the allotted time of thirty minutes.
For the starter, a salmon chaplain with scallops, Helena bets on a gin mixed with absinthe and lemon, while Lisandro goes for an aquavit mixed with a dill-cucumber jelly. They come out without a hitch, under the watchful eye of David.
For the main course, an Iberian pluma with Espelette pepper, Lisandro goes with a cocktail of whiskey with orange and port. While Deva is busy with her task, Lisandro grabs the cocktail glass himself. It immediately breaks in his hand. Helena rushes towards her competitor, who begins to bleed. She suggests that he ask for a break, while Solal brings back a first aid kit. Lisandro minimizes his injury and decides to continue the ordeal with a simple bandage. He manages to finish his cocktail on time.
At the end of the test, the president of the jury announces the names of the two finalists: Helena obtains the first place and Lisandro the second. Helena and Rose congratulate Lisandro for his tenacity and advise him to tend to his wound. For his part, David is disgusted. He runs after Amber and Deva at the exit of the restaurant in order to congratulate them for their work. He also asks about Inesta and flirts with Deva. She then assures her friend that she is not at all attracted to David. But Amber doesn’t believe a word of it.
Meanwhile, Constance inspects Lisandro’s wound. Rose worries about him and wonders how such an incident could have happened. Lisandro asks himself the same question because he hasn’t squeezed his glass very hard. Constance states that the wound is very deep, at least to the bone, and that he should be x-rayed at the hospital. She adds that he will have to give up continuing the championship because the injury is too serious…
The next day, Lisandro thanks Rose for having accompanied him to the emergency room. When the president of the jury comes to ask him about him, Lisandro affirms that it is a superficial injury and that he can continue the championship. This causes Rose to worry.
Later, Lisandro practices Double A with Deva. He zooms in on a face for fear of hurting himself. Helena, who is training with David next door, comes to make sure he is safe. Lisandro shows unfailing determination, which David does not fail to notice. The latter is confused, all the more so when he hears Ethan and Samia being very impressed by Inesta’s courage.
At the studio, Helena motivates her troops for the next day’s mystery event. She leaves her assistants alone. Solal notices that David is completely withdrawn. If he doesn’t want to know about her problems, he suggests that she settle them before the final to be really focused.
Meanwhile, Deva finds Souleymane. They mutually apologize to each other: one for not having been nice to him, the other for having told David about the deal between Inesta and Teyssier. Deva then invites Souleymane to discuss together once the championship is over in order to consider the future of their relationship. Understanding, the young man wishes him good luck for the final. Deva then confides in him her concerns about Inesta’s injury and tells him about the accident. Souleymane claims to have seen David the morning of the event near Inesta’s equipment.
Shortly after, David first approached Deva in the park of the Institute. He ends up confessing, consumed by guilt. Deva states that she will never forgive him again. David worries that she might report him. Deva intends to remain silent to avoid other consequences for Lisandro. But she no longer wants to speak to David.
David takes refuge in the Economat to get drunk. He is caught in the act by Gaetan. David pretends to go to bed, stealing a bottle of tequila in the process. He continues to drink on the school walkway. Completely drunk, he falls over a balustrade and barely catches himself on the wall. As he nearly falls, a hand is held out to him and helps him back up onto the catwalk. David discovers that it is Lisandro…
Laetitia and Kelly rejoice at the birthday party they organized for Salomé the day before. Kelly takes the opportunity to find out a little more about her mother’s feelings towards Thomas. Laetitia admits that spending time with him brings back memories. Kelly insists by declaring that their alchemy was palpable and that she would see no problem in them getting back together.
Laetitia goes to see Thomas during his bakery class to get him to sign a document for the opening of the pop-up shop. Like Salomé, she is completely under his spell when he explains how to make inverted puff pastry.
At the end of class, Laetitia talks a bit with Salomé, recognizing Thomas’ merits as a teacher. She even asks Salomé if the young man didn’t speak to her about her after the party the day before because she admits to being under his spell. Laetitia remembers in particular the very carnal aspect of their relationship, but Salomé refuses to know more details.
At the end of the day, Salomé goes to Thomas’s for a romantic dinner. The latter admits having had trouble not touching her during her birthday party. He intends to make up for it by giving her a massage. But Salomé, who remembers the confidences of Laetitia, stiffens, claiming to be stressed by the courses. Understanding, Thomas leaves her alone.
The next day, Thomas notices that Salome is still in his thoughts. She ends up telling him that she was troubled by Laetitia’s confidences about their past relationship. When Thomas reassures Salomé, his daughter arrives. He then takes care of the official presentations between Alicia and Salomé. The teenager takes it very well.
Later, at the Institute, Thomas apologizes to Salomé for having officially introduced him as his girlfriend to his daughter without asking her opinion. But Salome is delighted. She also wants to talk about it directly to Kelly and Laetitia.
Salomé therefore goes to her sister’s. She first expresses her need to confide, admitting that she can’t stop thinking about Thomas. Kelly goes home and joins their conversation. Laetitia claims to have feelings for Thomas. Salomé takes her leave explaining that she does not feel well.
Hortense announces to Jude and Eliott that her internship in a starred restaurant in Marseille has been accepted. The boys congratulate her. They, however, have not yet applied. Eliott doesn’t even see the point of doing an internship in a classic gourmet restaurant. Her dream is to create her own internship in a food truck in order to meet people who don’t necessarily have the chance to access haute cuisine. But he thinks Teyssier will never accept this idea.
However, encouraged by Hortense and Jude, Eliott decides to go through the classifieds to find the food truck of his dreams. When this is the case, he contacts the owner to visit it in the afternoon, accompanied by Jude.
Later, Greg shares his frustration with Hortense about Eliott. If they got closer in the kitchen, the latter is always distant with him when they are at the roommate. Hortense advises Greg to give Eliott some time. She then updates him on her internship project and her visit to a food truck with Jude in the afternoon.
Precisely, Eliott has a real crush on the food truck in question. However, he admits to the owner that he has nothing to buy it. Instead, he offers to rent it to him for two weeks while she finds a buyer. The owner agrees.
The next day, Jasmine asks Eliott about his food truck internship project. She’s very enthusiastic, unlike Greg, who suspects Jude of being behind it all. Eliott braces himself and leaves to avoid an argument. Jasmine asks Greg to try harder. The latter admits to being pained to see that his ex easily projects himself into a future without him.
Shortly after, Jasmine and Greg come across Benoît and Delphine in the park of the Institute. They have decided to spend the Christmas holidays with their family, especially since Benoît has an important business to settle with Teyssier. Delphine immediately asks for news of Eliott, expressing her desire to have dinner with everyone that evening.
During class, Greg tells Eliott that his parents are back for at least two weeks and that he hasn’t told them about their breakup. Eliott refuses to play comedy to please them. Greg promises to speak to his parents as soon as the opportunity arises. In the meantime, he just asks her not to say anything.
Greg then joins his parents at Double A for a coffee. His father then reveals to him that Teyssier has commissioned him to develop the Institute’s Christmas menu. He adds that he would like to develop it in collaboration with him. Greg is very touched, but prefers to take the time to reflect because he was planning a quiet Christmas party. His father informs him that he will have to decide quickly because Teyssier will announce it the next day.
