In the July 8 episode of Here it all begins, tension mounts between Célia (Rebecca Benhamour) and Théo (Khaled Alouach), who tries to explain to his girlfriend that the Vatel price is a game-changer. Despite Celia’s scathing remarks about Theo’s ambition, Theo still decides to stay at Double A for a chance to win the prize. When he announces it to his father, Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) stays true to himself and begins to put pressure on his son asking him for a new menu. Despite the congratulations of Deva (Kathy Packianathan) and Tom (Tom Darmon) then Axel (Thomas Da Costa), Theo doesn’t seem happy with his decision, however.. He confides to his cousin that he feels bad vis-à-vis Célia, to whom he had promised that they would go to Paris. As often lately, Axel proves to be giving good advice and tells Theo to listen to himself and do what he really wants to do.
For her part, it is through Eliott (Nicolas Anselmo) and Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) that Célia is advised and, reassured by her friends, she decides to apologize to Theo. The couple’s discussion also leads Theo to explain a new plan to them: win the Vatel prize and leave right after moving to Paris without telling his parents. A plan that delights the young woman, and that Louis (Fabian Wolfrom) is very happy to learn after a quick discussion with Charlène (Pola Petrenko) then Célia herself. He obviously hastens to poke his nose into Theo’s business. revealing the young man’s plan to his father. Teyssier then listens, incredulous, that his son is about to drop him and that Louis is ready if he needs a leader to replace him. Meanwhile, Noémie (Lucia Passaniti) speaks with Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) to recruit him to her team for the championship. Although flattered, the young man declines the offer because he prefers to take advantage of the summer to work at the pop-up with Hortense. A decision that Noémie understands despite her disappointment.
Noémie recruits Greg to her team
After a quick phone call to its boss Benoît Delobel (Joseph Malerba), it is finally towards Greg (Mikael Mittelstadt) that Noémie turns to ask him to be his second. Despite a stormy past, the two chefs are delighted to team up and Eliott takes the opportunity to plan a lazy summer to accompany his lover. Finally, the famous aperitif with Laëtitia (Florence Coste), Guillaume (Bruno Putzulu) and Tony (Kevin Dias) takes place despite Kelly’s (Axelle Dodier) fears about her mother’s behavior. Laëtitia teases Tony and jokes with him by evoking their summer in the grape harvest but even if she recognizes that Guillaume lacks fun, she assures her daughter on several occasions that she will not do anything stupid with Tony. It remains to be seen whether it will keep its promise…
