Here it all starts (spoilers): twist! Rose proposes to revolutionize the functioning of the Institute

On Monday June 13 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Rose wants to open a Master’s degree at the Institute, Constance leaves Zacharie and Teyssier advances the date of the exams…

In the episode ofHere it all starts Monday, June 13, 2022, while talking with third-year students, Rose (Vanessa Demouy) realized that some of them did not know how to carry out their professional projects. To help them, she proposes setting up a professionalizing Master’s degree that would allow students wishing to open their own restaurant to learn the basics of entrepreneurship. Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) finds the idea flawed. Not only has the Institute always functioned over three years, but for her, it is important to work as a team and climb the ladder before thinking of creating her own establishment. Teyssier decides not to comment and leaves the daughters of Auguste Armand to their debate.

Despite her sister’s reluctance, Rose talks about her project to Anais (Julie Sassoust) and Salome (Aurélie Pons). The two students are totally up for it, especially since they both have specific projects. Anaïs would like to open her own vegan concept-store but lacks notions of entrepreneurship. As for Salomé, she would like to open a restaurant but has not yet found her culinary style. Rose explains to him that the Master would allow him to discover other styles of cooking. In addition, it will allow them to meet new people since it could be open to students from other schools or cooks without a diploma.

Sitting a little further away, Charlène (Pola Petrenko) listens and understands that this Master could be an opportunity for her. Deprived of a diploma at the end of her third year, the young woman will not find a job as butler as soon as she leaves the Institute. In addition, she would like to study culinary design, which has always appealed to her. A little later, she tells all this to her father. Once again, Teyssier does not take a position on the subject of the Master, but Charlene’s arguments make their way into his mind. At the end of the day, he announces to Myriel (Frédéric Diefhental) that he agrees to set up the Master on one condition: that all the teaching staff agree. Rose will therefore have to convince the very conservative Clotilde…

Constance leaves Zacharie and gives Teyssier a chance

In the early morning, Théo (Khaled Alouach) encourages his father to tell Constance (Sabine Perraud) what he has discovered about Landiras (Julien Alluguette) and his deal with Cardone (Alexandra Vanernoot), but Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) prefers to to hush up. He doesn’t want Constance to come back to him out of spite after being disappointed by Zacharie. He wants her to give him another chance out of love and asks Theo not to tell her anything. Later, Theo will hear from his mother. Constance is still confused. If she plans to give Emmanuel a chance again, she does not rule out trying a story with Zacharie either. Moreover, the latter suggested that he leave the Institute and go and settle elsewhere. Seeing that his mother is considering getting serious with Landiras, Theo breaks down and tells her the truth. Zacharie had made a deal with Cardone. He had to push Teyssier to appear for the selections and humiliate him in exchange for his own pastry shop in Paris.

Later, Constance confronts Zacharie. The latter explains to her that he has plotted out of love for her, to make Teyssier disappear. Moreover, he hoped that his shop in Paris offered them some sort of stability, that Constance could finally have the freedom she so desired. Far from being coaxed, Constance decides to put an end to her relationship with Zacharie.

At Double A, the Teyssiers come together to toast Emmanuel’s victory in the selections and teamwork. The little family takes the opportunity to surprise Constance: an engraved plaque from their future osteopathy practice. And that’s not all: by using his connections, Emmanuel managed to enroll her in the Montpellier osteopathy school. Once face to face with Constance, Teyssier admits having made the biggest mistake of his life by taking her for granted. He blames himself for not having lived up to his love, because she is the woman of his life. Touched by his efforts, Constance agrees to give him another chance. Later, Teyssier summons Louis to his office. He promises her not to tell Charlene about her betrayal on one condition: he can never ask her to marry again.

Teyssier advances the date of the exams

At the Institute, Laëtitia (Florence Coste) hears Guillaume (Bruno Putzulu) rail against Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche). The director asked him to cancel the order of ducks placed for the end-of-year exams. He decided to go on a different event. Understanding that the indications she gave to Kelly (Axelle Dodier) are no longer relevant, Laëtitia panics and goes to warn Kelly and Deva (Kathy Packianathan). She promises them to find the subject of the new test, but Kelly thinks that she has already done quite enough. Because of her, she lost a whole week of revision working on the duck.

A little later, Souleymane (Dembo Camilo) crosses paths with Ambre (Claire Morin) and Deva (Kathy Packianathan) in the vegetable garden and is odious with the latter. Once Deva has left, Amber pulls up Souleymane’s suspenders and understands that the latter is still in love with Deva. She offers to help him. At the end of the day, Teyssier summons all the students of the Institute to the kitchen. He announces to them that because of his victory in the selections, he will now have to devote himself fully to his preparation for the national pastry championship. As a result, he decided to bring forward the date of the exams. These will not take place in two weeks, but in two days…
