Here it all starts (spoilers): Will Salomé betray Anaïs?

On September 22 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Louis acts up, Greg surprises and Lisandro harasses Salomé with questions about Anaïs…

In the episode ofHere it all starts from Thursday, September 22, 2022, the second-year students spent the night working on chef Armand’s recipes, and the result is there. Louis (Fabian Wolfrom) congratulates his students for their work. A little later, Ambre (Claire Romain) is so tired from her all-nighter with Louis that she does a terrible job during chef Guinot’s (Catherine Marchal) class. She even ends up cutting herself while slicing a fish, which alarms Claire. Amber admits not having slept all night to meet Louis’ demands… As a result, the young chef is summoned to Myriel’s (Frédéric Diefenthal) office. He explains that he made his students work at night to help them progress, but none of his excuses convinces Myriel and Claire. The latter summon him to stick to the schedules, whether he likes it or not.

During chef Listrac’s course, third-year students are instructed to cook a vegan dish inspired by that of a great Japanese chef: the garden of flavors. Each pair will have to come up with a salad of 12 ingredients, among which there will be four flavors: sweet, salty, sour and bitter. Eliott (Nicolas Anselmo) offers Greg (Mikaël Mittelstadt) to form a pair, but the young Delobel hesitates. He needs to progress in vegan cooking, and he’s not sure his boyfriend is listening to his ideas of things. Eliott promises him to be patient, but ends up getting the better of Greg. Annoyed, her boyfriend accuses her of always wanting to decide everything. In the kitchen, but also in their everyday life.

Eventually, Greg decides to work alone. Eliott therefore presents his own salad to chef Listrac. The latter is very impressed, but not as much as by Greg’s work. She finds her salad excellent. It is even the most successful salad she has tasted during the day. Back at the roommate, Eliott apologizes to Greg. He admits to sometimes needing to control everything and promises to work on this problem. For his part, Greg admits to having progressed in vegan cuisine by watching Jasmine (Zoï Séverin) and Eliott cook.

Lisandro harasses Salomé with questions about Anaïs

In the early morning, Lisandro (Agustin Galiana) intercepts Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) on leaving their home. The young woman explains to him that she wants to go to work before confronting Salomé (Aurélie Pons) to obtain her ephemeral restaurant. Lisandro says he heard very good feedback on his dish the day before. He also learned that Anaïs was inspired by a painful memory and seeks to find out more, but the young woman does not want to talk about it. Lisandro tries to find out if his distant behavior is linked to the arrival of David (Liam Hellmann) at the Institute, but again, Anaïs flees the conversation and leaves. In the kitchen, chef Meyer and Rose Latour (Vanessa Demouy) announce the rules for the confrontation of the two young chefs. Anaïs and Salomé will have to develop a starter and dessert around the dish presented the day before. They may each have a clerk. Salomé chooses Enzo (Aziz Diabaté), and Anaïs chooses to work with Livio (Corentin Pellis).

While the pairs are working in the kitchen, Charlène (Pola Petrenko) comes to mess with Anaïs. She still suspects her of cheating when making her signature dish. The young chef sends her off, but Charlène later takes advantage of a break from the two brigades to go and rummage through Anaïs’ belongings. She finds Mathieu’s notebook there, but is surprised by David. The young man therefore retrieves the notebook and returns it to Anaïs. He wonders why his friend doesn’t simply explain to Charlène that she was inspired by a recipe from her brother to pay homage to him, but Anaïs doesn’t want to explain. She challenges David to avenge her.

Later, Charlène has her belongings stolen and finds herself in a towel in the locker room. She immediately suspects Anais. After asking Enzo to lend her some clothes, she goes to see Iñesta and tells her of her suspicions. Lisandro replies that Anaïs would never have stolen another student’s belongings, but for Charlène, her girlfriend is necessarily involved in this. If it’s not her, it’s David. After all, she spends a lot of time with him. Lisandro is surprised to learn that Anaïs is still close to David and goes looking for him. He comes across Salomé and harasses her with questions about Anaïs and David. Salomé advises her to go speak directly to Anaïs, but Lisandro insists… Will Salomé end up cracking up?
