Salome suspects Jasmine
Back at the institute after coming out of the coma, Claire goes to the kitchens where she comes across Louis, surprised to see his mother showing up in class when she has to stay in convalescence. He assures his mother that he will be able to replace her until she is fully recovered, and presents her with the recipe of the day on which he intends to have the students work: veal nuts with Bresse butter, one of the specialties of Claire.
But chef Guinot realizes that she is struggling to remember the recipe and its composition. Louis then encourages his mother to rest, so that she can regain her senses and remember what she saw the night of the prom before losing consciousness.
Later, while Claire and Olivia are spending some time in the park, Salomé comes to greet the chef and hear from her. Seeing Jasmine in the distance, Claire suddenly darkened. Salomé then asks her what is happening to her, and Claire explains to her that she has a vague feeling about the first-year student: she thinks Jasmine has something to do with what may have happened during the evening.
Salomé immediately shares her doubts with Eliott and Greg. When the latter tries to question Jasmine on this subject, the young woman turns her back and immediately accuses Salomé of wanting to make her take the tragedy’s hat in order to take revenge after Axel and she have become a couple.
During the service, when Salomé asks her to adjust the dressing of her plate, Jasmine insults her. Jasmine’s mother arrives at the institute
Released from police custody, Axel challenges Teyssier. If he admits having behaved violently with Louis and accepts his uncle’s ban on enrolling in the Armand Institute competition as a result, he offers him a pact: he promises to respect his decision, on condition that he can use the kitchens of the institute to prepare for entrance examinations to other cooking schools.
Reluctantly, Teyssier accepts, but Axel must be as discreet as possible and not interfere with the lessons. Delighted, Axel kisses Jasmine, while Salomé observes them from afar. Later, Axel meets her again, and apologizes for having displayed their happiness before his eyes. Salomé assures him that she doesn’t blame him for appearing on Jasmine’s arm.
Later, the young man gets down to making macaroons under the enamored eye of his girlfriend, who promises to help him train. That’s when Jasmine’s mother bursts into the kitchen. She pretends that her daughter hasn’t given her any news, and that she wanted to see Naël again. Jasmine scolds her sharply for coming unannounced, and begs her to leave.
She then explains to Axel that her parents are part of a sect, and that she wants at all costs to keep Naël away from their influence for this reason.
Kelly lies to Laetitia about her recovery
While she is having a relaxing time at home with Lionel, Kelly is taken aback by an unexpected visit from her mother, who asks her if her doctor’s appointment about her ankle went well. Kelly then claims that her remission is on the right track, and that she can go back to the kitchen sooner than expected. Laetitia, astonished, insists that she obtain a second medical opinion.
Once his mother has left, Lionel reproaches her for having taken him to witness in his lie, and insists that she tell him the truth and not shorten his convalescence, because his ankle might not recover properly. Stubborn, Kelly goes to the kitchen and begs Theo to take her back for lunch services. To convince him, she cooks the dish of the day before his eyes.
Guillaume then bursts into the kitchens, and forbids Kelly to resume the services so soon. Faced with the stubbornness of the young woman and the support of Theo, who concedes that the student managed to take out a dish despite her crutches, Guillaume is perplexed.
Lisandro betrays Anaïs’ trust
