Vic gets his way with Theo
Vic, Billie and Samia are disappointed because Enzo refuses to join the Circle in turn. The latter two want to give up everything but Hortense’s sister reminds them that all is not yet lost for Théo. This one, manipulated by Vic the day before, still believes that his father would rather work with Axel than with him.
Theo also decides to talk about all this directly with Emmanuel. This one does not see where his son is coming from: Axel is promising but it is only a first year which has nothing comparable to Theo’s level. He also adds that he had a choice to take anyone else. The pastry chef therefore orders his son to stop whining and get to work for good.
Theo wonders why Vic told him the opposite of this statement. He questions her and she maintains her lie that Axel was Emmanuel’s first choice. Theo doubts it, he knows that his father never hides his true feelings. To save face, Vic changes her mind and admits that she may have been wrong. She says misunderstandings are also frequent in her family, as with Hortense.
Théo leaves and Vic finds himself face to face with his sister who has heard that she was talking about her. She doesn’t like it at all and thinks it’s suspicious. Hortense goes to tell Mehdi everything and considers Vic’s attitude to be suspicious. She wants to go talk to Theo and warn him, but her boyfriend advises her not to get involved. She chooses to listen to him.
In class with Zacharie, Vic sees that Axel is doing very well and that gives him an idea… She goes to the locker room and comes across Jasmine. She tells him that Axel does wonders in the kitchen, especially in baking. Jasmine is happy to hear that. Vic suggests that he tell Axel to pitch his brilliant ideas to Teyssier.
Proud of her boyfriend, Jasmine rushes to see Axel and congratulates him on his prowess with Zacharie. She recommends that he share with Emmanuel what he has developed in class. He refuses for fear of alienating Theo again. Jasmine then suggests that he discuss it directly with his cousin so that he won’t have the impression that he is bypassing him…
But Theo takes Axel’s initiative very badly and yells at him to leave him alone. Teyssier arrives and interrupts them, he asks his nephew to explain his ideas in pastry and Theo can’t stand it. Still having in mind what Vic brought him, he thinks that his father is doing everything to oust him from the project. Emmanuel is fed up with his accusations and fires him for good. Axel replaces him.
Charlene tries on her wedding dress with Livio
At the ephemeral restaurant, Charlène makes a suggestion for a dish to Anaïs but the chef doesn’t approve. Conversely, she listens to an idea from Enzo and lets him try something. Charlène finds this unfair, she feels like she’s never been heard.
She confides in Livio that she is happy that everything is going on the personal side in her life. Besides, she’s going to try on her wedding dress later today. Constance was supposed to accompany her but she has a hitch. Livio offers to drive her to the meeting, Charlène accepts.
She is sad to be alone to live this moment and Livio then offers her to stay. Charlène begins the fittings, the student of the master is intransigent with the dresses he does not like.
An old acquaintance of Lisandro arrives at the Institute
At Double A, a customer is very unhappy with her cocktail. Jasmine talks about it with Lisandro who comes to take over. This woman, Elena, is actually a mixologist friend of his and it was a good joke! They plan to have a drink at the end of the day.
Anais joins them. Elena tells them that she is going to work in Dubai soon. Before she leaves, Anaïs asks her to create a cocktail… and she impresses them! In the aftermath, Elena challenges Lisandro to do like her and he complies. He also knows the subject very well! Anais is conquered.
