Tuesday, November 22 in Here it all begins…

Greg apologizes to Eliott for the way he spoke to her the night before. Her boyfriend was right, but he was too angry to admit it. Eliott points out that their partner in the kitchen suffers from difficulties. Greg promises him to change because he still really wants to cook with him. Eliott offers him to take a break from the professional level to start again on a good basis. Greg accepts.

In order to take his mind off things, Greg goes with Brice and Lionel to Aigues-Mortes. When Brice offers Jude to come with them, the latter declines the invitation. As for Eliott, he prefers to stay at the Institute to cook.

At the workshop, Jude does not take long to join Eliott to work. He also questions him about what he is doing. Eliott explains his idea to him: take a not very fun food, in this case tofu, to make something original. He plans to make tofu ice cream. Jude finds this idea brilliant and surprising. He suggests that she add chili oil to enhance the taste. Finally, he offers his help in his experiments.

At the end of their preparation, Jude and Eliott taste their ice cream. They are happy with the result, but Jude notes that it lacks sweetness. Eliott thinks of adding caramelized peanuts to it, which Jude thinks is great. Eliott admits to being touched that he adheres so much to his culinary delusions because he does not always feel supported with Greg. The young man also notices that Jude has a smile, unlike the previous days. Eliott also compares himself to him, some time ago, and the way he behaved with his parents. But Jude says he has no problem with others regarding his homosexuality. At the same time, Greg surprises his boyfriend with Jude and suddenly pretends to have work to leave the place.

Eliott finds Greg and asks him to confide. The latter admits that he is upset by the turn of events. He doesn’t understand why Eliott told him he wanted to take a break, before spending the afternoon cooking with Jude. Eliott tells him that he has no reason to be jealous and that Jude just offered to help by chance.

Later, Greg spends some time with Elodie and Brice. The latter notice that he is elsewhere. Greg admits that his pairing with Eliott doesn’t work as well as it used to in the kitchen, unlike what he found when Eliott cooks with Jude. Brice and Elodie then inform him of Jude’s reputation: he is known to flirt with guys in couples, whether they are gay or straight. They therefore advise him to be careful. But Greg is certain that his boyfriend is faithful. He trusts her blindly.

Meanwhile, Eliott is having a drink at the Coffee Shop with Hortense, Medhi and Jude. He praises the qualities of the latter to his friends, who recognize that he is nicer than he looks. Seeing a burn on his arm, Hortense asks him about the explosion, but Jude doesn’t want to talk about it. At the same time, Greg arrives to join them. From a distance, he sees Jude and Eliott being close to each other…

Rose goes to see Louis to find out how he is. The latter dreads teaching students who will make fun of him when he really likes to teach. Rose confirms that she has never seen him so fulfilled. By digging a little, she realizes that her brother is especially apprehensive of finding himself face to face with Billie. She therefore advises him to put things straight with her.

On this advice, Louis goes to talk to Billie, promising not to be unfair to her again. He wanted to tell her by text but he realized that she had blocked him. Billie says that a friend did it for her when she wanted to write to him so they could support each other. Louis dots the I’s: this kind of relationship between them is unthinkable. From now on, they will be content to be a teacher and a pupil.

During his class, Louis judges the poached eggs of his students. He finds that Billie’s wine sauce is off because it’s too salty. He asks her to start all over again. Witness of the scene, Vic gets closer to her friend to collect her feelings. Billie retorts that their teacher/student relationship suits her. At the same time, Teyssier arrives in the middle of class to warn the students that they must imperatively report any inappropriate gesture or perverse look from Louis to the management.

Irritated, Louis finds Antoine, Rose and Clotilde after class to tell them how Teyssier humiliated him in front of his students. While he wants to fire him bluntly, Clotilde, Rose and Antoine declare that they cannot part with him so easily and that they will rather think of a way to reframe him.

Vic is present for the Teyssier event. She must reproduce a Salvador coffee to perfection if she wants to keep her place at the Institute. He intends to observe everything she does step by step. But Samia is just asking for his attention, because of a water leak in the studio.

Teyssier goes out to call Joachim to solve the problem. During this time, Enzo provides Vic with several important tips for making his recipe, which turns out to be very technical. The first year does her best, then presents her dessert to Teyssier. After having tasted it, he notes that it is far from what he expected, but that it is not a disaster for all that. He admits that Vic is worse than she looks. She can thus keep her place at the Institute, provided that she works hard. Vic is relieved. Samia and Enzo are happy for her. Vic notably thanks Enzo, regretting having suspected him of being Teyssier’s mole.

Later, Enzo finds Teyssier in his office. They succeeded in their plan because Vic no longer has any suspicions about Enzo. Teyssier then instructs the young man to bamboozle his comrade and bring him the list of former members of the Cercle. But Enzo can no longer bear to be treated like a child. He wants to do things his way: first, bring down the Circle, and then, bring down Victoire…
