Friday, April 14 in Here it all begins…
Guinot has disappeared
At the Atelier, Ambre returns to work with the brigade, much to the delight of Jasmine and Deva. They want to know everything about his conversation with Guinot the day before. Amber is quite evasive, explaining that she insisted with the chef who simply accepted that she resume her place. Hortense then worries about Amber’s hand injury. The latter says that during her discussion with Guinot, the chef made a sudden movement and dropped a bottle that Amber wanted to pick up.
While cooking, the girls worry about Guinot’s absence. Only Amber points out that it’s not so bad to be able to move on without her. Jasmine and Deva keep asking Amber how she found the chef during their conversation the night before. Ambre retorts that she was no weirder than usual and refocuses her brigade on the essential: the preparation of the tasting.
At noon, Daphne comes to taste their menu in the presence of Myriel. She gives the green light to the brigade and declares to come back in a week to validate the final menu. The brigade rejoices. Before joining Daphne outside to sort out some details, Myriel congratulates the girls, then is surprised by the absence of Guinot to supervise them.
A little later, Myriel realizes that Guinot is also absent during her 1st year class. He immediately summons Olivia and Louis to let them know. The latter have no news either. Everyone assumes that Claire took a step back because she was doing pretty badly the last few days.
Since the girls of the brigade are the last to have seen Claire the day before, Myriel summons Hortense and Ambre to her office to find out more. The latter recounts their last discussion: Guinot agreed to take her back to the brigade. Then, Amber declares that they left each on their side and that she did not notice anything abnormal in the chef. To explain her hand injury, Amber adds that she dropped a bottle during their conversation and wanted to pick it up.
In the park of the Institute, Jasmine and Deva join Hortense who seems deep in thought. The 3rd year wonders why Amber gave two different versions to explain her hand injury. She suspects her of being linked to Guinot’s disappearance. If Jasmine and Deva are skeptical, the girls decide to ask Amber directly…
Theo takes the hit
In a very good mood, Lisandro prepares breakfast in song. Anaïs is amused to see her companion so happy and announces to him that she intends to return to live with him. However, she warns him that she won’t be able to forget everything right away. Lisandro is very understanding and promises to do everything to regain his confidence. As she brings the coffee maker for breakfast, Anaïs falls on her lunchbox and seems troubled…
Arriving at the Institute, arm in arm, Anaïs and Lisandro meet Theo. The room teacher wishes to speak to the young chef a little aside to thank him for his advice. From now on, he prefers to find a more professional relationship. When Lisandro returns to Anaïs, she is surprised to learn that he had confided in Theo, who was aware of his deception.
Later, Anaïs goes to see Theo in the kitchens of Double A. Jude gives them the necessary privacy to discuss. First of all, Anaïs apologizes for not having informed Theo earlier that she had gotten back together with Lisandro. She then asks him why he didn’t tell her about the deception. Theo explains that it wasn’t up to him to do it. Anaïs confirms to him that he did the right thing. She is also very touched by his behavior. Theo then ventures to ask him if something would happen between them, in the event that Lisandro does not exist, before changing his mind and declaring that he prefers to remain friends. Anaïs admits to being on the same wavelength.
During the service, Axel notices that his cousin is completely elsewhere. Jude also sees this and pushes him to confide. Théo tells her that Lisandro and Anaïs are together again. Even if he expected it, the young chef couldn’t help but imagine a different turn. He confesses that he had never felt such feelings towards a woman since Célia. Jude expresses his sympathy for her, then promises her that her feelings will eventually pass.
Kelly makes a discovery about Lionel
Laetitia and Kelly go to the spa to share a moment of relaxation. But Kelly is much less used to it than her mother and doesn’t necessarily feel comfortable. At the last moment, Kelly refuses to be massaged. Indeed, she does not want to be half naked in front of strangers. Colin, one of the masseurs, then offers him a simple hand massage, which will allow him to keep his bathrobe. Kelly accepts.
Gradually, Kelly relaxes and enjoys a full massage, with no regrets. She thanks her mother for this excellent idea which has done her a lot of good. Kelly thinks in particular of Lionel, whom she imagines working tirelessly with David and Solal.
Imagine her surprise when she comes face to face with the famous trio, who are waiting for their turn to get a massage. Kelly can’t help but laugh at their lack of stamina as they defend their right to relax. At the same time, Kelly discovers that Colin knows her boyfriend very well… who is none other than a regular client of the spa.
