In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… Hortense is not unanimous as a teacher. Anaïs intends to be accepted by the Teyssier clan. Samia and Ethan go through a crisis.

Teyssier decides the fate of Hortense
At the Atelier, chef Armand confesses to Hortense that Teyssier is not yet aware that she has been chosen to replace Guinot. But she reassures her about it. She then introduces it to 2nd year students. Hortense takes over, starting her lesson with stretching to relax everyone.
Afterwards, Hortense makes the students work on the abalone, whose flesh must be well processed to be edible. She therefore gives personalized advice to each student for this part of the work.
After class, Vic asks Tom and Devra what they thought of his sister’s class. Livio joins their discussion. If Tom is rather convinced, Deva remains a little on the reserve. She wonders if Hortense will be able to prepare them well for the exams. Livio does not actually understand Teyssier’s choice to have chosen a student rather than a chef for this position. Deva then confesses to having heard that the director of the Institute was unaware. Livio takes care of it immediately.
A little later, Clotilde arrives in Emmanuel’s office to talk to him about Hortense. But the director has already been informed by Livio and takes it very badly that a decision has been made without his agreement. He intends to fire Hortense and find someone else more competent. But Clotilde informs him that there are no other alternatives. Constance, who witnesses their exchange, prefers not to get involved.
In the park, Hortense and Mehdi meet Eugénie, who has come to apply for the position of substitute school nurse. Happy for her mother, Hortense is nevertheless very sad to have been banned from continuing her lessons as a substitute teacher.
Eugenie then passes an interview with Constance to familiarize herself with the infirmary. The two women come to talk about their children. Eugénie admits that she has not been present enough for her daughters because of her work and that she intends to make up for lost time, especially since she is delighted to see Hortense flourish in the way that she chose. Eugénie adds, however, that her daughter is very sad about Teyssier’s decision. Constance offers to talk to him about it.
On leaving, Constance says goodbye to the members of her family. She spends a privileged moment with her husband, whom she advises to give Hortense a chance.
In the park, Hortense shows chef Armand the lessons she had prepared for the students. They are interrupted by Teyssier. The latter agrees to give the 3rd year a chance on the condition that she proves herself by giving a course the next day in his presence to all the teachers of the Institute…
Anaïs is ready for her new relationship
Going through the infirmary for a pain in her hand, Anaïs takes the opportunity to chat with Constance. The latter, who will go to Paris for 3 months, admits to being reassured that her son is in a relationship with her.
Leaving the infirmary, Anaïs meets Lisandro, who is doing what is necessary to cancel all the preparations for their wedding. He realizes, little by little, that their story is really over. Anaïs also gives him back his house key, before hugging him. From a distance, Charlène sees them together.
She does not take long to warn Theo of what she has seen. But the young man is not at all jealous because he fully trusts his girlfriend.
Ethan and Samia are going through a crisis
Ethan joins Billie and Samia in the park. He discovers that his girlfriend is filling out an online application to join the next one-year class at the prestigious Villa Medici in Rome, which starts in a month. Samia is particularly motivated. But Ethan gets upset because she didn’t tell him about it before.
While on duty at Double A, Ethan confides in Axel. The two boys are called to order by Iñesta, who instructs them to get rid of customers. Distracted, Ethan drops a plate on the floor.
After the serve, Iñesta holds Axel, Ethan and another comrade to work on their agility through several exercises. Ethan isn’t doing too badly.
Later, Samia finds Ethan at the hostel. She apologizes for not having told him about her plans earlier, but she feels she has very little chance of being taken anyway. Ethan nevertheless finds that she thinks more about her career than their relationship. He thinks they’d better part ways.
