In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… Axel tries to escape the surveillance of the Armands. The reunion between Salomé and her friend leaves a bitter taste. Rose announces the arrival of a journalist.

Monday, July 17 in Here it all begins…
Axel discovers Le Lucie
Axel intends to see Richard again at the restaurant Le Lucie, which is rightfully his. But Jasmine searched for information about this restaurant and found nothing. She worries about her boyfriend, especially since she can’t go with him because she has no one to babysit Naël. By staying at the Institute, Jasmine also fears being questioned by the Armand sisters or by Louis about Axel’s absence. The couple come up with a scheme to keep them away.
In the cafeteria, Axel and Jasmine stage an argument in front of Louis. Jasmine pretends to blame Axel for spending too much time with her parents and putting her on the back burner. She announces that she is ending their relationship.
Later, Louis joins Axel at the amphitheater. Alone, the young man confirms to his half-brother that he has just been dumped. But Louis is skeptical. He continues to wonder why he wasn’t at the double wedding ceremony last Friday. Axel claims he was with his parents and that Louis is completely paranoid.
In the park, Axel takes the opportunity to announce to Rose and Clotilde that he has separated from Jasmine and that he intends to spend a few days with his parents. Once alone, the Armand sisters find it suspicious. Clotilde notably noticed the embarrassed and evasive behavior of their half-brother.
Having heard the rumor going around at the Institute, Lionel goes to the roommate to find out more. Jasmine supports her version of breaking up with Axel, before breaking up and putting Lionel in the confidence. At the same time, Axel comes to collect a bag to prepare to leave. Just before, he promises his girlfriend to be careful. But nothing can really reassure Jasmine, who has doubts about Richard. Besides, she admits to Lionel that she would like to accompany her boyfriend if only she didn’t have Naël.
Axel therefore goes to Richard’s by car. The latter gave him an appointment directly at Lucie. Arriving there, Axel is impressed. Richard offers him to go around the owner. At the same time, Jasmine and Lionel disembark in their car. They entrusted Naël to his grandfather, at the Beaumont hotel. If Axel is delighted, Richard seems a little on the reserve about their arrival. Lionel understands Jasmine’s bad feeling about him. The young woman begins to fear the worst for Axel…
Salome finds Maya
At the Coffee Shop, Salomé is nervous because she still hasn’t received an answer from Leonard. Gaëtan encourages him not to give up. Salomé recontacts her friend, who answers her immediately, announcing that he has succeeded in convincing Maya to become with him.
By reuniting with her old friends, Salomé tries to put on a good face. But she feels that Maya is cold with her. Leonardo plays the mediator. Over a drink, Salomé expresses her regrets and asks Maya for forgiveness, then offers her to take part in the Institute’s summer course. But Maya can’t turn the page so easily. After Salomé left the home, she really felt abandoned. Seeing his reaction, Leonardo hesitates to do the summer internship at the Institute.
On the way back, Leonard notices that Maya has been crying. While he hesitates to do the summer internship, his friend encourages him on the contrary to seize this opportunity. Leonard is certain that Maya would be willing to do it too, provided that Salome is not the one driving her. Maya admits that he is right.
Anaïs leads the Double A alone
In the kitchen, Théo announces to Anaïs that she will be the only one at the helm of Double A for lunch service. Indeed, he has to go back and forth to the Auguste Armand restaurant in London urgently because the chef is sick and his replacement needs to be briefed on the menu. However, Theo has full confidence in his girlfriend to ensure alone.
Later, Rose warns Anaïs that a journalist known for her ruthless writing wants to come to the Institute to do a story on Theo and see where he is at the Double A one year after receiving the Vatel Prize. Anaïs confirms that he will be back the next day.
In the afternoon, Anaïs receives a message from Théo informing her that he will have to stay in London longer than planned and that he will not be able to provide the service the following day at noon at the Double A. Anaïs immediately calls Latour to keep her informed.
At the Institute, Rose takes over from the journalist. But the latter has indeed decided to come to Double A the next day at noon. She would already have an article in mind: “Does the Double A still deserve its Vatel Prize?”. Anaïs is under pressure, but promises that she will manage.
