In the next episode of “Here everything begins”… Enzo receives news that could change his life, Anaïs hides Teyssier’s secret and Hortense encourages Souleymane to speak with Antoine.

Enzo receives unexpected news
Enzo is desperate because it is no longer possible to reschedule his operation. He regrets having missed his chance because he was afraid. Vic and Antoine support him as best they can. The latter advises him to refocus on his project with chef Delobel.
The young man goes to the kitchen with Vic, Tom and Billie. He is determined to impress potential investors… but he receives an unexpected phone call. His doctor tells him that a place has become available for him in his schedule! He therefore left immediately for the hospital without warning the others.
Enzo, however, sends a message to Vic to explain everything to him. She and her friends are delighted and then decide to continue cooking for the investors until the arrival of chef Delobel… Once he is there, he is happy for Enzo but would also like him to be present. for this very important appointment that he plans to cancel…
Vic then has a bright idea: she is going to replace Enzo because she knows her comrade’s concept like the back of her hand. Greg’s father agrees to give him a chance and he leaves to get their guests. Vic totally panics but we have to get on the track…
At the hospital, Enzo discusses with his surgeon. He tells her of his anxieties but the doctor wants to be reassuring and leaves. Vic shows up to cheer up his friend. She takes his hand to support him and informs him that the presentation with chef Delobel to the investors was a success!
But just as he is about to declare something important to Vic, Enzo is taken to the OR. Hortense’s little sister tells her that they can talk about all this later… At the same time, Benoît sings Vic’s praises to Teyssier and Antoine. He recommends that they keep an eye on it because it could be brilliant! The director decides not to make her repeat a year.
In the hospital waiting room, Malia, the patient’s mother, and Vic discuss their schemes that were meant to get Enzo to take care of him. Both agree that it was a bad idea.
They and Enzo’s father are suddenly interrupted by the doctor. He has good news and bad news: he was able to free the spinal cord but Enzo went into anaphylactic shock due to the anesthesia! This caused him a cardiac arrest and he is now in intensive care…
Hortense advises Souleymane
Hortense reveals to Souleymane that she will no longer be able to help him prepare for the entrance exam to the Institute since she will create the tests with Leroy. Both are disappointed but he doesn’t blame her… He is aware that this is a superb opportunity.
Proud to have succeeded in his cooking course, Antoine challenges Souleymane to make a better dish than him… except that he doesn’t know that his son has been practicing tirelessly for the Institute competition! He also talks to him about a master’s degree in market gardening in Montpellier that he could integrate…
Souleymane is embarrassed because these are no longer his plans. He pretends not to have time and Antoine is disappointed. He criticizes his son for not stepping out of his comfort zone… which annoys the main interested party who is struggling to evolve.
Hortense, for her part, has a first meeting with Leroy. They will walk in the vegetable garden to look for ideas. Their points of view clash but they quickly find inspiration. Hortense wants future students to associate ingredients that don’t go together and Marc loves this suggestion!
The young woman sees Souleymane pass and challenges him but the latter, still upset, invents that he must go somewhere else… Hortense senses that something is wrong. She hastens to catch up with him to find out more and he explains to her that Antoine depressed him earlier with these remarks. Hortense advises him to tell his father the whole truth to relieve himself of a burden…
Anaïs protects Teyssier’s secret
Salomé is making her debut as second to Anaïs at Double A. The girls work very well together. Teyssier goes to see them and Anaïs takes the opportunity to ask him to taste a dish. But the director doesn’t have time and asks him to come to his house later. Deva and Mehdi, who are also behind the stoves, find this invitation strange…
The latter talk about it later with Salomé. They point out to him that rumors spread quickly at the Institute and that some might think that Anaïs and Teyssier are having an affair… Deva and Mehdi add that bringing Théo’s girlfriend to his home is unprofessional.
Salomé meets Anaïs after her meeting with Teyssier and sees that her great friend is just receiving an SMS from him. Except that Anaïs claims to have received a message from a supplier and to have to leave immediately. Salome is dubious…
In truth, Anaïs went back to Teyssier and she found him on the ground, his legs paralyzed. He is having multiple sclerosis… The head of Double A wants to take him to the hospital but he refuses. The pastry chef asks her to wait with him until the crisis passes, so that she can then help him to move towards the sofa. He also wants her not to say any of this to anyone and especially not to Theo… She accepts.
