here’s how to take advantage of this canon offer -22% on the EDF regulated rate

A discount of 22% per month compared to the regulated electricity rate as well as a discount of 50 euros on the regulation bill. This is what this private sale offers from Monday April 15.

This is an offer that can be interesting, while the increase in electricity prices always weighs on budgets. Ilek, an energy supplier based in Toulouse, is offering a 22% discount on the regulated electricity rate (or TRV) excluding tax, in partnership with Meilleurtaux.

The regulated electricity rate changes every six months and is set by the public authorities, on a proposal from the Energy Regulatory Commission. This reference rate increased by 9.5% last February and could well increase again in August.

50 euros discount are added with the code Meilleurtaux2024 (fill in at the end of the subscription). They will be paid on the regularization invoice, but there is no minimum deadline to benefit from them, indicates Henri Pertriaux, digital project manager within the energy and telecom division of Meilleurtaux.

A period conducive to more interesting offers

After the energy crisis during which electricity prices soared, since the end of 2023, the trend is rather towards softening of the market, suppliers are therefore coming out with fairly aggressive offers. This is the case of this private sale which offers good positioning in terms of price. Another advantage is that ilek produces green energy, from wind, hydraulic and solar power, he adds.

Parameter to take into account for fans of paper invoices, the supplier does not send any mail, our customers must have an email address, he specifies. Ilek also does not have a mobile application, but it is possible to track its consumption online and the supplier offers customer service by telephone. Service fees are expected (1.66 euros for standard activation, with Linky meter, 30.37 euros without).
