By opening the doors of its beta program to everyone, Xiaomi seeks to collect as much feedback and ideas from its community as possible. This is similar to the construction of MIUI. At the time, Xiaomi’s interface was co-developed with the community, through the distribution of a ROM that had been ported to many devices from HTC, Samsung and so on.
