Herige: 5.4% increase in turnover in the 3rd quarter

(CercleFinance.com) – Herige publishes a turnover of 183 ME in the 3rd quarter, up 5.4% (or -3.7% on a comparable basis) compared to the same period of the 2022 financial year, compared to a new construction market which continues to decline.

Over the first nine months of the year, turnover reached 638.1 ME, up 8.8% (-0.9% on a comparable basis).

Herige ensures that it can rely on ‘the relevance of its multi-activity strategic positioning focused on a range of sustainable and innovative solutions with a positive impact and supported by a favorable regulatory context’ with the doubling of the MaPrimeRénov’ system and extension of the Interest Rate Loan Zero until 2027 for which the eligibility conditions have been broadened.

In this macroeconomic environment, Herige indicates that it can count on ‘the fundamentals of its already proven business model and rigorous management of its financial balances’.
