The HERIGE Group announces today that it has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the capital of PORALU Group, which specializes in the custom manufacturing of joinery and closures in Aluminium, PVC and Wood.
PORALU Groupe thus joins ATLANTEM, Joinery subsidiary of the HERIGE Group, to form a leading French industrial player in the manufacture of joinery and exterior closures for buildings.
A reference player benefiting from historical know-how, PORALU Groupe has an offer of windows, shutters, doors, gates, pergolas in Aluminium, PVC and Wood, dedicated to the tailor-made closing of housing for the markets. new construction and renovation. With a strong culture of customer satisfaction, PORALU Group has been recognized for more than 30 years for the quality of its products and services. Relying on nearly 250 employees, the group has a large customer portfolio and a scalable production tool: 1 stacker crane, 17,000 m2 of production area and 5,000 m2 of storage for finished products.
For the 2022 financial year, PORALU Groupe should achieve a turnover of around €60 million.
The integration of PORALU Group will strengthen the potential for growth, innovation and competitiveness of the joinery branch of the HERIGE Group, thanks to:
the extension of the geographical network with an industrial footprint in wood, PVC, Aluminum, enabling the consolidation and optimization of national coverage;
the acquisition and specialization of a new modern and efficient site with an annual production capacity of more than 110,000 joineries;
the acquisition of know-how on tertiary and collective sites with the integration of a dedicated team.
Generating significant synergies, the new entity will enable HERIGE to strengthen its presence in a growing market, supported by RE 2020 and the acceleration of the renovation of buildings to increase their energy efficiency.
