The shareholders of the company are advised that the combined general meeting of HERIGE will be held on Friday June 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the company’s registered office.
The notice of meeting prior to the meeting was published in the BALO of April 27, 2022.
All the documentation relating to the general meeting is available to shareholders on the company’s website https://www.groupe-herige.fr/informations-reglementees.html
