(Boursier.com) — The group Herige confirms that it has finalized the acquisition of MGT Menuiseries Bois, which specializes in the high-end manufacture of exclusively wooden doors and windows.
The entire scope employs 45 employees for a full-year turnover of approximately 7 ME and will be consolidated in the accounts from September 9, 2022 within the Industrial Joinery branch of the Group.
“With this acquisition, Herige is significantly strengthening its industrial capacities, which will enable us in the medium term to triple our means of production in order to respond to a buoyant wood market as part of the implementation of the decarbonization of buildings, RE 2020 and dynamics of the AM-X range”, explains Benoît Hennaut, Chairman of the Management Board.
