Heritage sites abound in France, but are often empty or abandoned. In a forum in the “World”, Jean Guiony, deputy director of the Action heart of the city program and Ulysse Jardat, curator of heritage, propose that an inventory of these places be undertaken, whose potential they underline, before being the subject of mechanisms to finance and facilitate their rehabilitation.
